One of my technicians had a huge emergency which then my car was still completed a week later that’s what you call HARD WORK AND DEDICATION. BROOKE was my estimator she was AMAZING she went out of her way to help me. She also kept me updated the entire time. she literally went above and beyond. THANK YOU BROOKE. The RECEPTIONIST was AMAZING as well. I called once with some concerns related to my car insurance and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yesterday as I was pulling up to the shop I had a devastating personal phone call crying like a baby lol … but I got myself together and went into the shop with a smile on my face even though it was hard due to my news I just thought about how good the people has been good to me since my car arrived to them. “My son's dad blew a tire while driving to pick up our son, on a highway in Wakefield, on a Sunday night when nothing is opened. I called AAA for Roadside Assistance and we were quoted roughly an hour before Dave's was able to show up due to other calls ahead of us. Dave's contacted me to ask a few questions and told me multiple times to please be safe. Much to our surprise, our 1 hour wait was only a 15 minute wait. Ryan was so incredibly helpful, kind and efficient. We had a happy kiddo knowing he didn't have to stay sitting in a parking lot for an hour.
We will most definitely be referring people in your service areas based on the great customer service we received.

“Went in for my state inspection. First time I failed for brakes and the staff took me to the vehicle to show me exactly what failed and then why. I was given an estimate incase I wanted the shop to handle it. I chose to take care of it and took it back. My re inspection was fast and the staff was professional and polite. Overall very nice experience.”
