“Called them yesterday for an inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly attitude of the young lady, Casey, on the other end. I was surprised to hear that there would not be a wait for the inspection, meaning 2-3 weeks out.Then when I dropped the car off this morning I was again surprised to find out that they had loaner cars for me to use during the day so I didn’t need to wait or get a ride. While I was waiting in the lobby some of the mechanics came in and said good morning to me and seamed to actually care about me and my car.So, based on the overall experience on the phone and the friendly environment of the whole crew I can say that I have now found my FOREVER mechanics in Browns!”
“My car had a flat tire after my daughter's soccer game at Smithfield High School. I called AAA and was told it takes an hour for a tow driver. The tow company driver, Ryan, called me to let me know he was on the way and he got to me in 10 minutes. I never had to get out of the car while he changed my tire. He didn't want my friend and I to get out in the car in the cold. He was a complete gentleman. I would highly recommend his tow company. Thank you Ryan!”
