“This is my second time using Caliber. The first time was my wife’s RAV4 and they did an excellent job. This time was my 4Runner and I only trust THIS specific Caliber as I’ve known them since before caliber purchased them. So I picked up my truck and after a few days I noticed a lot of orange peel in the rear hatch and the tint was stretched. I called them back and they asked me to bring it back and they’d have the tint replaced and the orange peel buffed out. The following day I was told the lead painter wanted to just respray the hatch to do it correctly. I picked it up a few days later and it was corrected and a perfect repair. I can’t speak highly enough about Caliber Collision Smithfield!! You won’t be disappointed!!”

I drive a European car and it was recommended I use the correct oil for the safety and longevity of my engine. I love my car, and had it for 10 years with no major issues. I really appreciate Victoria and her staff's professionalism and friendliness.”

“The AC in my car stopped working on my 5 hour drive to Smithfield on one of the hottest days of the year. The staff fit my car in, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired before I needed to return home. Everyone I spoke to was exceedingly courteous and the repair was done quickly - my AC is now ice cold. While I hope I don’t have this type of issue again, I know that Cofer’s will take care of me. Thank you!”
“I needed a new tire today asap. After being told at the dealership that I needed to replace the tire but they didn't have the tire I needed. So I called 5 places and nobody could get me a tire the same day. I went to Travis in Carrollton and told me they couldn't help me but send me to Wise. The lady at the front was super nice and even though I got there at 12pm lunch time. She called two different places and ordered me a tire. I got my tire the same day. I can't speak for the negative reviews bc I just got my tire today. I was happy to get the tire I needed the same day and for half of the price. So thank you Wise tire.”
“They are very nice people but it was expensive to get my car back and I had to walk across the street to the ATM to get cash but overall they were nice so that makes up for anything else.”
“Just had my state safety inspection done and had an excellent experience. Friendly staff and one thing I take note of is the inspector cared enough to put the decal on straight and with care, unlike some places that just slap it on crooked (drives me nuts). Thanks Jones Auto!”
