“I've taken multiple vehicles to these guys and each time is a breeze. Today they just installed 8 tires on 2 of my vehicles and 2 alignments, very quick. I'd like to note that they used a click type torque wrench to set the lug nut torque by hand, which seems to be a lost art.”

“Well, the best vehicle I have ever owned is back at Pattons. My truck has never had to be towed, but when I pulled in to there shop after hours, it literally stopped and would not start. My truck is a 2006 Chevy Silverado with nearly 260 thousand miles. I do most of the work on it myself, but there are some things I cannot do. Before finding Pattons, I had my favorite shop. When things got really technical, they told me they could not fix it and come get it. That is when I found Pattons. There diagnostics is second to none. They repaired my truck at a price that was more than reasonable. Now they are helping me work through a problem with the Computer, which is no longer available. Vince called me and explained how difficult this will be. I have total confidence that they will get it back to me running great! Pattons is through and has the equipment to find hidden problems keeping your vehicle running it’s best. They are a good Christian company that works with honesty and integrity! Thanks Guys!”

“I've gone to a lot of auto repair shops, and I don't recall any of them giving me the great service that I received at NTB in Chesterfield Meadows. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the lug nuts off my wheels. They assured me that they would take care of the problem and continually kept me informed during the process due to my inconvenience. Although a simple wheel rotation turned into something much bigger, I never felt inconvenienced or upset with their service. The manager, Dsean, and 2 of her technicians were very professional and courteous. Under the circumstances, I don't think I could have asked for a better crew or service. They definitely let me know that the happiness of their customers is what's most important.”

I dropped off an Acura MDX for repair, thinking it needed a break and rotor replacement due to the grinding noise. I was expecting a costly repair. I received a phone call from the technician informing that everything was in good working condition and the noise was coming from a bent part that was hitting the rim. I ask for the diagnostic and repair cost, and to my complete surprise he said it was a quick fix and the shop was not going to charge anything for it. I have never experienced an auto repair shop that exhibited such a high degree of honesty and integrity. I will strongly recommend River’s Bend Auto Care to all the people I know going forward because it’s extremely difficult to find an auto repair shop that provides exceptional service like this.”
“Was heading from DC to Wilmington North Carolina with my buddy. F-350 transmission broke down Right outside town where they are located. Tow truck dropped it off on a Sunday, Left a message on VM to contact us on Monday which they did. They were exceptionally communicative, prices were very fair and they seem to have done an exceptional job. (Truck has been driving fine for the last year). Honest transmission shops that do good work are hard to find these days.”

“Had an absolutely great experience. My husband, myself and my dog woke up at our hotel with a flat tire on a scorching hot day in June. We saw that G'Z was only a mile away from our hotel so we drove there and they helped us immediately. They were extremely attentive, kind and even gave us bottled water for our dog who was panting in the heat. They gave us a great price and were incredibly friendly. 10/10 recommend”

“I took my car to a few places trying to figure out what was wrong. Everyone had different opinions and "fixed" my car, only to have it start the same thing again weeks later. After a year and a half of getting my car "fixed", we finally took it to Clark's. I have never been so happy with a car repair in my life. I called them to thank the mechanic. He immediately knew what was wrong, did an excellent job and charged a reasonable price for doing it. I had to let them know that I would be bringing my car to them for everything from now on. “How often do we get to leave positive reviews for car care professionals?! It's often a tough experience all around. This week, I had major issues with my 2011 Sonata that made the car inoperable without workarounds. Knowing that it wasn't safe to drive that way, I was preparing to purchase a new vehicle, even having an approved loan check and new vehicle picked out. Something in me said that I should have the professionals at Goodyear take a look to confirm that the fix would be costly. Not only was the root cause very minor (a blown fuse), but also the folks at Goodyear treated me fairly by charging me only for that work. This has given me time to be more thoughtful about shopping for a new car and get the best deal in the last quarter of the year. After this experience, I will exclusively take my vehicles to Goodyear in the future and encourage my loved ones to do the same.”
