“If I could give Experimax and their staff 10 stars I would. The who staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I brought my computer in with in issue with a gaming function. (We weren’t sure if the computer was the problem or if the gaming program was the problem. We left the computer with them for a couple of days. The communicated with is daily. The technicians figured the problem is with the gaming program and also provided a solution to work around it. When I asked what I owe ($$). The response was “no charge”! AMAZING!!!! Thank you Experimax!!!”

The store manager Yira was very patient and was able to Port our numbers over and really took her time assisting us and was able to get us two new phones. I highly recommend this location”
“I stopped by the store today, and Andrea was amazing. She was busy but still took her time with every customer while still making it personable and fast. she took the time to offer and bring my old man a chair to sit in so he’d be evolved in the conversation. i went to upgrade which i hadn’t done in a long so i had a lot of questions which she took her time with . she let me know what was available and which would be the easiest to manage and how the process was gonna go (which was pretty easy) she also let me know about the new WIFI and free tablets i had available. Her customer service and attentiveness was. 10/10”
“Please bring back the turkey sandwich from before Covid!! 4.99 Turkey and pesto, and it was hot. This 6.99 cold sandwich isn’t even good and it’s cold. The cheese pizza is barely edible. Overall 4 stars because the prices are good”

“I call the shop owner he told me how to reset the TV free five different ways my Sony TV but I couldn't get it fix and I wanted to take it there but he was closing the end of the month so he couldn't fix it I was so disappointed I really wish I knew about him in time . “Walking distance from my residence. Usually Walk there when the nightshift is working when I need something and I always get to use my comedian skills with them while they are ringing me up. The employee's always laugh and make you feel like family every time I visit. It's almost 4 in the morning and I'm getting ready to walk there now!”

Sparkly clean floors and surfaces. Brightly lit isles w tidy shelves of convenience store products. The coffee service area is fully stocked and mess free. Sanitary restroom (ask for key). Even the Slurpie station is spotless. There was ZERO garbage blowing around the parking lot / storefront. Everything was up to par. As my sons & I were filling our Slurpies, I overheard a series of brief interactions other customers had w Kaitlyn & Desmond while entering and leaving. Each customer is acknowledged in an affirming way. It's refreshing to see two young employees really demonstrate professionalism and joy in their workplace. No cap.”

“The woman who works here on a regular basis (the one at the cashier tonight 1/23 6pm) is one of the coolest people. She is so welcoming, friendly, great sense of humor. Just her conversations are wonderful. Don't know how she manages to be so efficient and knowledgeable AND likeable. This woman deserves the best.
