“They did a fabulous job wrapping my cars! My first car got partial wrap here. I later wished I chose the full body wrap option. So much easier to take care of the car with a full wrap. And protects against minor scrape too. So full body was the option I chose for my next car. Looks a lot better than same model cars without a wrap.
These folks also do AMAZING post-wrap customer service work.

“I have been a regular customer of this Cruz N Shine car wash for the past two years, bringing both my car and my wife’s car here consistently. They have always done an excellent job, and on the rare occasion I had a concern, management immediately made it right without hesitation.

After having my wife’s car washed, I noticed something in the cup holder on my drive back to her office. It looked like a key ring at first, but when I showed it to my wife, she realized it was her diamond earring that she had lost last summer. We had assumed it was gone forever.
The fact that one of the employees found it and left it safely in the cup holder instead of pocketing it speaks volumes about the character of the people who work here and the values of this business. In today’s world, that kind of honesty is rare and deeply touching.
They carry themselves with integrity that deserves maximum respect. For someone finding a valuable item and returning it without saying a word is “pure honesty”. My wife and I were genuinely moved by this experience.

“I was very impressed with the information I received from Gregorio today. I was concerned about work done on the outside of my car by a well meaning relative. The fender showed swirl marks from buffing appearing the paint was rubbed too thin. I asked Gregorio if he thought they could do a complete detail that would help fix it. He was very professional, very patient and kind in his answers for me. He was concerned about the deep swirls on one fender. He was honest to say they could do a good detail job but it would not fix these issues. He did not push me with a hard sell for their services. I appreciate this very much. I will do the best I can to have this repaired soon AND I will be back in the future carwash and detail work.”
