I came to this location to get a new phone after my old one got stolen, Carlos G was very helpful and patient he helped me with all the questions I had about getting a new phone and transferring everything to it. He also helped me set up my ICloud and I was able to recover everything I was very grateful for his help.”
“Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”
“Mr. Video quickly and professionally transferred my childhood home videos from old camcorder tapes to high quality digital files. They edited the video for me so that the finished product was clean and seamless. They returned the original home video in perfect condition and provided a flash drive with the converted video file. I highly recommend them!”

“I went in looking for solutions for what I thought was a cracked screen on my iPhone 15 and to replace the protective case. The sales rep, Cathy (Kathy? spelling?) a bright and attractive young woman instantly diagnosed the issue as a damaged screen protector. Not the screen itself. She was right and made strong recommendations for the screen protector (which she installed for me) and phone case. Unfortunately the case was not available right then but she took my information so I could be notified once the phone cases came in. Great, friendly service at this T-Mobile store. Highly recommend.”

“They have Nitro Pepsi™.Nitro Pepsi™ when you want a nice creamy, smooth and easy to drink soda. Sometimes your soda is hard to drink and not creamy. Not here. At this 7-11 they have Nitro Pepsi™. It's so smooth, creamy, and easy to drink!They also have tons of other junk food that's just processed chemicals with no nutritional value. But yeah, the highlight of the store is the Nitro Pepsi™.”

“Best 7-11 in the area and I come here after work and I have 3 7-11’s within walking distance from my house. Everything is always fresh and available, it helps especially when I need a quick bite at 4am-5am. Donuts here are always top tier. Whatever this 7-11 is doing, needs to be the flagship model to what the dirty 7-11’s aren’t doing in Woodbridge all the way to lake ridge/ox road.”

“A 7-Eleven with a clean restroom for the public?! I had no idea it was possible or exists but this Stafford location shows that it does. I mean no one ever has a public restroom these days, but they do! Plus clean everything! Nice cashiers! I wish my neighborhood 7-Eleven was like this one! LOL”

“Never had any issues coming here- an it's been about 10 years or more. Everything is always in stock, cashiers are quick and friendly, and the gas pumps are great. You can get discounts on gas with your 7-11 app/card too!”
“Wow! This Metro Center is impressive! An intelligent Agent called GRISELDA welcomed me and oriented m with the new A21 Samsung since I have been long time loyal metro & Samsung customer. She does everything great and I got a great deal. Got a second line and she transfered all data and app to the new one. Paid less but got more. Even the service center outlook is beyond.”

“This location seems slightly above average than other locations. However a couple of the cashiers are less than pleasant. This isn't always the case of course. What's strange is that a different location offered me a promotion deal for 3 hot dogs, for which I had passed on because the hot dogs looked like they had been sitting there since early this morning. This location had no promotion for hot dogs whatsoever Now I'm curious to know if this other location was simply trying to sell me some of their dated hot dogs. The store here is clean and the air conditioner works great!”
“Got in and out with wonderful service. The customer in front of me was impatient and rude to the VERY polite cashier (Shirley) I applaud her patience as the lady waved money in her face saying "I'm in a hurry to get Starbucks" ????”
“I recently started working in the area and this is now my Sleven. The coffee is always fresh and abundant. Hazelnut brew is incredible. Seems like virus precautions are in place and the store is clean and well stocked. All the staff I've met so far are nice supportive folks. Larger parking lot than most.”
“Robert (CJ) was seriously awesome when it came to transferring our services. We ran into some issues with the initial startup and he was able to walk us through exactly what went wrong and how to fix it. He spent the whole time working with us in a patient and friendly manner and - even though it took a while - he never complained and was genuine in ensuring we had everything taken care of as new Verizon customers.
