“I had such an amazing experience with Johnny A at T-Mobile! He truly went above and beyond to help me link my daughter’s Sync Kids watch replacement. I actually had to come in two days in a row, and each time he was patient, kind, and completely willing to help without any frustration whatsoever.
He took the time to walk through everything carefully, made sure the watch was properly connected, and didn’t rush the process. As a parent, that meant a lot — especially when dealing with a child’s device. His professionalism and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.

“There are people who are capable of tv repair. Hans is great. There are people who repair computers, yep Hans again. There are even tv and computer repair people who do house call repairs. Yeah. Hans. But how many of those people ALSO deal kindly with an Alzheimer’s patient? I cannot say enough good about this guy. He answered the unceasing questions and responded repeatedly about unrelated topics as he repaired tvs, computers and even spoke with Verizon about getting Wayne back online. This is almost unheard of in this day of rapid fire turnover. My hat is off to you Mr Hans. I recommend him on his skills alone. The kindness is way above and beyond!”

I had a terrible experience at the T-Mobile down the road, and he turned things around for me because he explained what my plan offers, how to get unlimited new tempered glass with the Protection 360 plan and was very professional all throughout my visit. Dariel quickly installed my new screen protector, without leaving any bubbles (which is harder than you’d think). “Cynthia was amazing. She took care of switching me over from t Mobile I'm less than 20 minutes. The process was so much easier than expected even though my family has a ton of devices. She was also the only Spanish speaker so she had to take payments, be a translator and take care of lots of other people but somehow made it so that I felt prioritized.ia shocked when she said she wasn't the store manager.We've had a lot of bad experiences with T-Mobile stores so this was a incredible introduction to Verizon”
