“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

“Go talk to Mike! If Mike is working, the moment you enter the store you're going to get a greeting from him. He was so kind and patient and easy to work with! We had a lot going on with our family account, trying to get a new phone for my daughter, switching primary account holder. Just so much going on. But he got us through everything and helped get everything set up perfectly on the new phone. I can't say enough good things. T-Mobile needs a Mike in every store. We are luck to have him here locally in the Rose Hill store.”
“As far as 7-11's go, this is actually a good one. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Only complaint is (I wish they would keep up on the hot dogs) as they are always out.”

“The owner has owned this store for many years and have had loyal, kind and respectful clerks that have been there for years. Freddy is a very friendly, smart, kind and has a great sense of humor who greets the customers with a smile and very quick and efficient and accurate with the customers purchasing and bagging.bThe store is always clean and fully stocked. The challenges that many stores face in Annandale is the day laborers congregating in the parking lots to earn employment daily. The small and difficult parking lot sits in the corner of Hummer and little river turnpike service road so navigating thru the outside parking lot is difficult. Along with the FCPD placing a large police camera and stand to monitor high traffic areas prone to crime. This also takes up space but I'm assuming it's a deterrent to eliminate or keep criminal activity to a minimum. The store doesn't allow service animals which is a double negative but maybe the community will convince the owner to allow behaved service animals due to Annandale being the home for a lot of PSH programs, and homeless to housed residents who require ESA or service animals to function thru out the day. The coffee and bakery section is always fresh and clean. The food section is always upheld with the highest hygienic practices.”

“Cynthia was amazing. She took care of switching me over from t Mobile I'm less than 20 minutes. The process was so much easier than expected even though my family has a ton of devices. She was also the only Spanish speaker so she had to take payments, be a translator and take care of lots of other people but somehow made it so that I felt prioritized.ia shocked when she said she wasn't the store manager.We've had a lot of bad experiences with T-Mobile stores so this was a incredible introduction to Verizon”
