Giant Pharmacy offers a personable, hometown feel that is far better than the typical pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to genuinely care about their patients. Specific front desk helpers and pharmacists are noted as excellent, sweet, and empathetic, providing quick service even when extremely busy. The pharmacy provides a good selection of well-stocked items, including fresh vegetables and fruit, and a huge selection of yogurt. Patients report positive experiences with immunizations, both by appointment and walk-in. However, the processes can be confusing for the uninitiated, as the system works differently than one might expect for prescriptions. Some customers wish the pharmacy were open more hours.

I would give 5 stars if they were open more. I have always had good experiences with this pharmacy. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and seem to genuinely care about their patients. We have had immunizations there, both by appointment and walk-in, and all have been positive experiences.

Had an 3pm appt. For Covid shot, flu and shingles. No body in line. Over a 40 wait and I still don't have my shots. Poor planning. Say they have to process the claim. Lol.
