“A lot of selections of dishes every Sat. Great food. Fun and friendly place. Owner is very nice and helpful. She has connections, so she can make some calls and, mostly, get what you want in a matter of day. I wish they had dishes more than just Sat. Go early, thought, these dishes go fast. They have good food vendors / cooks. No worries if you buy a lot of stuff, they will help carry to your car.”

“This is a very good LIDL. They have fresh baked items if you want to eat. Food is cheaper than other stores. Once you go to the self checkout than put your phone number in than you get coupons. We usually save 2 dollars but better than nothing.”

“During our purchase, we encountered an unfortunate situation where the atta bag we bought was discovered to be opened upon lifting it into our car. When we attempted to return it, the manager, along with other staff members, displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. They declined responsibility, stating that the issue occurred outside the store and was therefore not their concern. However, it was the exceptional assistance of the counter lady that salvaged the situation. Her efficient and customer-oriented service stood in stark contrast to the manager's dismissive attitude. It was only due to her intervention that the problem was eventually resolved. The conduct of the manager and some of your staff members were unfair. The role of a manager should be centered on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction, not dismissive behavior that drives customers away. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the store's customer service policies and staff training, as this incident reflects poorly on the store's reputation and has resulted in the loss of a loyal customer.My review is for improvement for betterment.”

“Sagun Mart and the ladies behind the counter are both fantastic. The store is always very clean, well-stocked, and has a variety of products at reasonable prices. They are very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Shopping here is quick, convenient, and enjoyable because of the excellent service. I highly recommend Sagun Mart to anyone who is looking for quality products and a great shopping experience.
The lady even offered us a cup of tea and Nepali biscuits. If I could, I'd put more than 5 stars of out 5.”

“Looks a bit run down, but clean, well-stocked, and great prices. Meat prices are better than Lidl, as are frozen foods. No self-checkout, so the lines sometimes get long, but the cashiers are fast and they are good about opening other lines. I only go to Giant for pharmacy and things Aldi's doesn't carry.”
“Crowded and very busy, parking is free, but busy. Once inside, the myriad of offerings are wonderful! You can find so many exotic and delicious choices, and prices are moderate. If you like multi-cultural settings, you will love this place.”
“Definitely my favorite Giant location out of the numerous ones in Springfield. The interior is definitely more presentable compared to the others + they have way more options for poultry. Also, the workers provided excellent service as they were helping customers throughout the store. Self check out is a breeze and I highly recommend downloading the Giant App as the digital coupons available are quite good. Overall a clutch store that I'm glad isn't too far from me ?”

“Why hidden gem, Looking at it from the outside you wouldn't know it also had a restaurant in the back cranking out some delicious authentic Filipino cuisine. The dishes are different on the daily, and the desserts are a must try as well. Good portions for the price. I didn't like that the lumpia was soggy and very oily. The Ube dessert wasn't my favorite either, but the Cassava one was. The ladies at the counter are so kind and hospitable, they get 5 stars for their service.”
“La Latina may be small, but she is powerful! I found a variety of tablet chocolates from Mexico, Colombia and El Salvador, to melt into delicious hot chocolate. Can't wait for a really cold, preferably snowy, night!”
