“This is a very nice facility. It is very clean and the staff are really respectful and understanding. They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly. I have never heard him cry or be upset in the back and he loves the techs here! Even the relief vets they get are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I have never had a bill that I thought was out of control and they are transparent with the prices.”

“We've been taking our animals here for a number of years and always get great service. It is a great alternative medicine place for your animal. We do acupuncture for our dog every couple of months to help keep her loose and moving well.

All of the vets and staff are very friendly, very professional and always ready to help. But keep in mind appointments do stack up so if you need to get your pet in there, make sure you call ahead.”

“Good vet service. Just confirm what you are going into office for before the vet touches your animal. Twice now we've gone in to get shots in preparation for grooming and they initiated a well check which ran the bill up. It may look like a part of the visit, but you'll surely pay for it. Other than that, good, speedy service.”

At most vet offices I’ve been to, the receptionists are very passive-aggressive, but these receptionists were highly professional, compassionate, and resourceful at this vet.

The veterinarian and the nursing staff were also professional and compassionate.

The prices for care are about average, but I have full faith in the vet staff here and would recommend them to everyone!

It’s been such a relief to see Niko recovering so well. Even though he lost most of his teeth, he’s already happier and more comfortable because he’s no longer in pain.
