I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that I wouldn’t be overcharged, which eased my worries.
When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The tailgate looked as good as new! The pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the top-notch service I received.

“I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have an older vehicle. They presented me with multiple options for repair with parts. Used, remanufactured, and brand new. They were transparent in each price and the pros and cons of each part. My total bill was exactly what they quoted. I dropped off my truck on Monday and had my 4 wheel drive fixed and working prefectly Wednesday at lunch. This is a great local auto shop. They even did some minor tweaks like tightening my drive shaft's yolk that had started to work itself loose. That's the type of shop they are.”

This is part two of the first review I gave after getting home with my truck fixed with the brakes. I found out that my reverse camera wasn’t working and I knew when they installed it, they installed it close to the I gladly called them, but before I brought in the truck, I checked if it got pulled out of the back of the radio, but it was so I brought it and they fixed it ASAP. I cannot say anything greater than I wouldn’t go anywhere to do anything I recommend a shop 100% The owner is great and they never try to sell oversell you. They tell you what you need now and what you need in a few thank you.”

Lastly, I heard the term QC. Quality control. Once installed the running boards were QC’d to make they were installed right and would work.”

“Wonderful experience. Bought a used car and brought it in for an inspection because I never trust the dealerships. He found out I need new brakes - which made it so I could get the dealership to cover it at 100% which would normally cost 1k. He was very thorough and even sent me a lot of pictures . I cannot say enough good things about Zone Auto Tech! From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Raul was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain all the work that needed to be done on my 2017 Explorer. He made sure I understood everything before proceeding, which I really appreciated.
What truly impressed me was the transparency and attention to detail. After the repairs were completed, I received a comprehensive post-repair report that included detailed descriptions and photos of all the parts that were replaced. This level of documentation gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work.

“I go here every year for my state inspection and any other car needs of mine. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. So thank you American Automotive for saving me the worry of “where am I going to take my car for repairs?” Because I will always choose them!! :)”
