I was making a deposit, as well as taking out money to put in to a HYS at another bank that I have. After a quick convo, he let me know about a promo they were having that beat my APY by .5% and had me meet with Karen. Karen is such a sweetheart! She's incredibly kind, personable & has a great sense of humor. I could have talked to her for hours! She was such a pleasure to work with, got me all squared away with my new account, answered all my questions and left me with zero guesswork. I've never had a bad experience at this branch but I just had to come on to say what an exceptional experience I had this morning! Thank you Arman & Karen! “Very helpful and friendly staff! T was so sweet, I came in with my 1.5 year old daughter so it can be difficult to entertain a toddler while doing errands.
