You would think Best Buy would respond to critical reviews, but the fact that they never do just reinforces the fact that they don't care about their customers. I need computer service now on two laptops, but I do not trust the Stafford Geek Squad to do it. I will go elsewhere.

I went for a specific product, told the salesperson exactly what I was looking for, he gave me something that he said was exactly what I needed, I bought it, went home, unpackaged it, and it isn't even close to what I needed. Now I have to drive all the way back to return it and buy what I actually need from somewhere else.

Came in today to get my phone fixed through Geek Squad. Ended up having to get a replacement phone since my old phone couldn't be repaired. Josh helped me set up the new phone and helped me transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. Great customer service and very friendly atmosphere
