“We need a second stairmaster! We only have one and many of us regulars have to fight for it. I basically have a membership to use the stairmaster as much of my other workouts can be done in the living room. I think we would all benefit from a second! ?
Otherwise, it’s a great gum! It’s nearby and convenient, and the staff are great. Shoutout to Dom! He’s the best and both kind and helpful. He takes the time to get to know those who come regularly, and he cares about the health and fitness goals of the members. I’ve gone to many gyms over the years and he’s a gym GEM! Keep it up, Dom! “Hard to choose a single favorite: 1) Instructors are knowledgeable and genuinely motivated to see you succeed. 2) workouts are hard but doable 3) Music is a great distraction 4) It’s an hour workout but feels like 20 minutes !”
