I went to the Xfinity store yesterday with several different issues and questions involving my device, internet speed, military ID/discount, my upcoming bill, and Xfinity Mobile. Miss Rebecca was absolutely amazing.
She took her time and carefully went through every single concern I had. She even brought up things I hadn’t thought to ask about and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I had what felt like a million questions, and she patiently answered every one of them.
By the time I left, she had helped resolve practically everything I came in for. She was truly a blessing to me yesterday.
Miss Rebecca is the definition of outstanding customer service. I sincerely hope Xfinity recognizes how valuable she is, that she stays with the company for a long time, and that she continues to grow in her career.

“Jorge is AMAZING!! Based off of previous reviews, his name popped up a LOT. So when we went in today we had the intention of asking for him. As God would have it, we got him by chance!! & we were so excited it worked out that way. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! All while being funny and informative at the same time. We were here to upgrade my husbands phone, he provided printed quotes on the changes to our billing, pricing for upgrading today, helped us order the phone to be shipped directly to our home in 2 days, and we are waiting for Friday to go back and have him help us transfer everything. Verizon better be paying this man well!!! He deserves it !”
