I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. With no visible license plate to identify the driver, I felt stuck between claiming it through my insurance or finding a trustworthy auto body shop. Thankfully, I found Palace Auto Body and Paint!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that I wouldn’t be overcharged, which eased my worries.

When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The tailgate looked as good as new! The pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the top-notch service I received.

“I just jump started my car and was advised to send my car to test the battery at nearby Auto Zone. I was greeted by a young lady who’s been so pleasant to help test my battery and her honest opinion about my battery was tested good although it was 6 years old. I asked if I needed to replace it or not, she said since it was good, she wouldn’t advise me to change. She is not hard selling anything but I decided to change it because it’s already old. This is the kind of people that make you feel safe to ask for advice. Her name is Ms Jacqueline the Part Sales Manager. She demonstrated excellent customer service experience and have earned my trust. Will come to this store whenever I need auto parts or advice. Thanks for all that you do!”

I slid in a ditch after hitting an ice patch last year and had been using duct tape to hold my bumper on. I took it to him and he really did a great job . Same bumper but looks brand new. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. “I bought higher end tires at roughly half the cost of a dealership and had them installed in just over an hour (4 tires). They even put my spare tire away under the car after I told them not to worry about it! Robert was great and deserves a raise! Wish Walmart would have more employees assigned to this part of the store instead of those walking around the main store aimlessly. Make sure you make an appointment, otherwise you will wait a LONG time.”
