“This summer I was visiting Staunton and had an unexpected slow leak in my tire. It was near end of business time, and other shops didn’t answer my call. NTB answered and encouraged me to come right away. I made it before closing and they agreed to fix it on the spot. While I was waiting, another customer called in with an emergency, and I heard the front desk guy talk to the tech and they agreed to stay open for that customer too. It was extremely generous of them and definitely felt like friendly small-town service. Thank you!”

“I like the 2 year warranty that accompanies most of the repairs. They literally worked on 1 of my vehicles covered by the warranty on a previous repair, for a complicated and stubborn issue, for 3 full days and once fixed there was absolutely no charge. I’ve asked to have work performed on certain issues I thought were needed and they’ve come back with it wasn’t needed at this time. I trust them which is hard to find in the automotive repair industry.”

“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”

“Highly recommend! We are from out of town & our car broke down late Friday afternoon. Called many places who could not fit us in before they closed for the weekend, but Miller’s told us that although they were busy, to bring the car and they would try to fix it. They were so friendly and accommodating and fixed the car by Friday evening. We could not be more grateful to them for relieving the stress of having a broken down car in an unfamiliar area. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Also, they went the extra mile to give advice on an odd ticking noise my truck was making. It ended up being something super simple, and they fixed it on the spot. That right there shows you can trust this business.
Chad up front was great to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable. Also Stan found and fixed the ticking issue so hats off to Stan as well.

“I would not buy a wheelbarrow fro caw my vehicle was great till I put 9000 miles on it i changed the oil when it needed changed put the oil that it called for and filter and when done the motor started pecking bad I was told it was the motor bad because someone put thicker oil in it before I got it that is why it wasn't pecking when I got it i paid for 2 year or 24000 mile warranty and now they dont want to help me because I dont have a receipt from my oil change”
