“I broke down an hour from home going to my nieces. My transmission blew. Thankfully, very thankfully, it had been on a recall that I somehow missed. Kia covered the transmission, the labor, and a rental car for me to get home with and keep until my car was finished. It happened on a Thursday and I was bringing my car home the following Tuesday. That's What I Call excellent service. Kelly was the individual I dealt with mostly, very professional and very kind. I would recommend this dealership to anybody and it will always be my dealership where I will take my little Kia Soul. They also took care of the five recalls on my Soul. I will not overlook any again. I also had a few things replaced while my car was there.”
