No one else shows them available., yet Augusta DOES show them available on their website. I figured that they might have some, so I placed my bet - I mean order...They immediately took the money out of my account, then had the gall to say that they were backorder with some coming in soon. They arrived today (overpacked - cost $16.25 for a box when a manila envelope would have sufficed) - yet they were NOT the Victor brand refills shown on the webpage, but Terro brand - which is the wrong shape.”

Being it's Black Friday, employees were within my eyesight as soon as I walked in the door.This employee gave me the isle I was looking for, and once I got there... There was another employee to find tune what I was looking for. Though what I wanted was sold separately, I had to buy a kit... But the kit has the items I needed, maybe I'll have use of the others sometime in the future.I needed something else, last minute thought came to mind, and I was directed to the area. I picked up 4 items when I was only going for one.Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of where items not in their departments are.”
