“Nathan was the best! We walked in on a Sunday after I popped my tire and he got me in and out. He was also super friendly and super helpful; he helped me get what I needed when it came to tires and got me scheduled for other maintenance. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this place to others looking for a good car maintenance place.”
“I was driving one day and saw the sign talking about AC repair and a few days later my AC was not working so great along with a few other things so I came in first thing Monday, left my car and I was good to go the next day. Dee Dee was super friendly, informative, and kept me updated via text which I love. I also had my headlights restored and they looks brand new. My detail guy, could not even get it done like Surratt’s did. When I picked up my car the technician even went in depth about what he did. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop that makes you feel good about services rendered but Surratt’s has earned my business!”

Brian and the people here diagnosed our issue right away, had to order a part. Because it wasn't a emergency we stopped by a few days later on our way back, got us in early and we were on our way. Super customer service during an anxious time on the road. They cared!!!!!”
