“Friendly and helpful. They put the center cap on wrong and did the rotation wrong. I called the after I found out the center cap was missing and the rotation and tps were not done. They fixed it next day. Also that ordered the center cap to replace the one that they didn't install right. They are usually super busy. I know mistakes happen.”
“While RVing from Florida up to Pennsylvania our engine light came on in our EKKO FordTransit. Nervous, we stopped by 2 Ford dealers and they did not help us. In Staunton, this Goodyear service store in downtown took us in at 7am on a Monday, replaced our radiator, and had us back on the road by 11am. All with a friendly, helpful, caring demeanor. Clone Dickie, and put him and his team in every service venue !”

Great service and staff. I watched Tyler explain and show a customer why he needed a transmission. He also suggested the customer call the factory to check on any extended warranty due to the problem and current mileage. The diagnosis and care for the customer is all I needed.
