The Pharmacy Sale's Clerk, in the back of the store. was un-knowledgeable and Mis-leading. Didn't understand what I was asking for, and it was a CVS generic brand product, told me it was not in stock, when I had to point it out behind her. Horrible Customer Service. Totally clueless

The staff at this CVS are unprofessional and often very rude. Whenever I go to pick up medication, the service is extremely slow and the customer service is poor. Also this CVS is located in the hood. I stopped sending my family medication into this store

About the only reason to go into a CVS nowadays is for the pharmacy and if you have Aetna insurance you’re stuck with them. Literally 15 minutes in line and denied use of the restroom. Luckily McDonalds wasn’t quite so rigid.
