“We've been coming to L&L for years.. but once again they stunned us with their customer service. Our out-of-warranty Weber grill started acting up. First Jane, and then Tom provided advice and contacts for service as well as offering tips and advice for doing it ourselves if we wish. Lastly they reminded us that if needed, they have current versions of our grill and provide setup and takeaway service ... their prices for new Webers are the same as big box and so there is absolutely every reason to buy here ! Warning to people who come to the store... they have all kinds of beautiful tabletop and serve ware - ..”

I was looking for a living room set of couches and a table, and he explained the style, the production of such furniture, where the material comes from, he gave an honest and respectful comparison of the furniture on site with other online living room sets in a similar style, etc. He was communicative and he arrived with a staff member to help and they set everything up. “First be prepared to spend an entire day here. They are huge, idk they had 4 buildings. But the staff is really nice and attentive. It's not like a car's salesperson, where they are on top of you. They greet you and give you space and time to roam around and look. Suzanne and Kam were our 2 sales associates and they were both really good! They have really good pieces and prices in all 4 showrooms. Personally I liked the outlet because you can find some great stuff that is heavily discounted. We got our first home and didn't want to break the bank with a $5000 sofa. Also you can shop at all the showrooms together. We got a dining table + 6 chairs, sectional sofa, and mattress from the outlet and the bed set from the main showroom. Btw, go when you need to buy in bulk - they charge a flat shipping rate. And if you buy a mattress, shipping is free. Loved our experience and will be going back again.”
