“Friendly staff that unloaded me in about 2 hours. They don't have any signage indicating the truck entrance. It's the first driveway on the right between the first 2 buildings. You'll know you missed it when you get to the next driveway that's marked truck exit only.”
“Few times boxes was hard to scan due to blurry barcodes. And I couldn’t start my route because they put a ripped VR code up KNOWING it’s unable to scan. I started my run late because I needed it to be override so I can begin scanning.”

“Was out of town and went to a Costco in Reston area. Saturday afternoon on sunny day. Wow, extremely busy, hard to find parking despite the big lot. Inside extremely crowded, despite the store size, hard to get around with all the people. Selection of product and orices was good. Store was clean and uncluttered except for people. Checkout lines were 7-9 peoole deep, but for a busy day, not all the checkouts were open... hard to understand this. Could not find employees on the floor to answer questions. But did find one, who's answer was to check with customer service... I just wanted to know if they carried a product and where it might be. All in all good store, good prices... but avoid busy times... Simply to crowded.”
