It's nice to go to a auto parts store were staff actually have knowledge of vehicles and will try cross refrencing parts to find what you are looking for in store and if they don't have it you have options on how to get it delivery to store, to home, warehouse direct deliveries etc. I also love the online ordering to pick up in 30 minutes or less sometimes.I love the perks program.”

“I was driving up I-81 and my voltage gauge started acting erratic and then the voltage started dropping. With a new battery I figured it had to be the alternator and I would not make it far if that was the case. I was very lucky to find this store just before closing time!
These guys were great, they went through the tests on my vehicle and helped me determine the alternator was indeed going bad. Fortunately this store had a brand new (not reman) alternator in stock. I was also able to purchase a few basic hand tools and make the alternator swap/repair in about 15 minutes by myself.”
