“I’ve been going to Anytime Fitness in Strasburg for a few months and started working with Jesse as my personal trainer. Before that, I had a pretty good routine going, but I was stuck doing the same workouts over and over, and I was getting bored with it.

One thing I really appreciate about working with Jesse is that he sat down with me, went over my goals, and then built my workout routine around them. He’s completely changed up my workouts, which has already started moving me in the right direction.

He’s also finally held me accountable for doing legs after avoiding them for about 10 years. I still hate him for about two straight days after leg day, and I make sure I tell him that too!

Overall, I’m really glad I decided to start working with Jesse. He’s helped me break out of the same old routine, keeps me accountable, and has me working toward my goals in a way I wasn’t before.

I’d definitely recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a personal trainer in the Strasburg/surrounding area!”
