“I’ve been using the drive thru for quite awhile now and the pharmacy has ALWAYS stuck to their posted hours as well as the hours on their phone recording. The lady at the Stuart’s Draft /Tinkling Spring pharmacy desk and drive thru window, Ms Jenny, is wonderful. She’s fast and efficient, knowledgeable and patient friendly. I can say the same about the great pharmacist they have, Mr Logan. He is very patient (we have several family members with various monthly refills, as well as ver knowledgeable. It’s a great pharmacy at this store.”

“Nice Walmart. It’s clean and stocked well. The older gentlemen who are greeters are very nice. Just wish truck drivers wouldn’t park in the parking lot taking up spots. Some days there are at least 3-4 trucks parked. I personally like to park far out. They also have a tendency to block the entrances to turn into the parking lot because it’s not wide enough for them to properly turn out. Minor inconvenience as a shopper but still.”

“I only had good experiences with this pharmacy. My ONLY complaint is that these ladies are required to deliver medication to strangers' vehicles outside in all types of weather after dark. That's not a SAFE practice in any measure! Why would ANYONE put their safety in jeopardy like this? This doesn't make a bit of sense.”
“Conveniently located just inside the store. Staff are very helpful and the line usually moves quickly. RXs phoned in normally available for pick up in 2-3 hours. For RXs transmitted by the medical providers office, you will get an automated message when it's ready. Most items are in stock but if not, then it's usually only 1-2 days before the have it in stock. Vaccines are available on a walk-in and appointment basis. Pharmacists are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and will provide assistance with OTC products as well.”

“Today was my first experience at this pharmacy. I switched because, if you’re familiar with other area pharmacies you would know that all of them are short staffed and you have to wait days to get scripts. I called before going to pick them up and was told that my scripts would be ready in an hour. I arrived, the line was long but that’s to be expected in this area. Staff was friendly, even came out to sanitize counter area after a mask wearing, presumably sick customer left. Definitely a pleasant experience. Scripts were actually ready! Thank you”
“Line was backed up two people working front and always go get prescription and they say will be 15 minutes get 200 feet away and get text it's ready then you have to get back in line and wait agian.”

“CVS at the West Broad location is a very nice store and pharmacy. They offered a wide variety of products from self care, home, and personal needs. I frequent the pharmacy a lot at this location and everyone has always been very friendly and offers knowledgeable helpful service - even when they are slammed with customers. As reminder to old and new customers, the pharmacy itself does close between 1:30-2:00pm everyday for lunch. There is plenty of parking at the front and side of the store. The West Broad location also offers drive through service. Please for effective and fast service for everyone have your barcode and method of payment ready, especially if there is a long line of people waiting, it’s just a nice courtesy and gets you through quicker as well.”

“In general, yes, they are very helpful. Today however, pharmacist felt the need to question my husband about whether or not I had tried anything else for pain. They have my prescriptions on file and this was 5 days for post op neurosurgery. I think I will listen to my doctors, but thanks for the concern.”

“I generally have a good experience at this CVS. I think sometimes they’re really busy and I know they previously struggled with getting a full-time pharmacist and were having a lot of subs. I believe they have a full-time pharmacist now and she’s super sweet. They service a lot of people and they obviously get bogged down during busy times, but everyone’s always been nice and they’re obviously doing their best. The people working at the front of the store are also very friendly. :)”
