“I had some emergency tire issues, and they were super helpful: fixed the problem right up, got me in and out as quick as they could, and were accommodating of my toddler. I stopped at two other places before I found them, and neither was able to help me that day (the day before Thanksgiving), but Eavers Tire Discounter went above and beyond and quickly got me back on the road so the baby could visit Grandma for Thanksgiving.”
“I would not buy a wheelbarrow fro caw my vehicle was great till I put 9000 miles on it i changed the oil when it needed changed put the oil that it called for and filter and when done the motor started pecking bad I was told it was the motor bad because someone put thicker oil in it before I got it that is why it wasn't pecking when I got it i paid for 2 year or 24000 mile warranty and now they dont want to help me because I dont have a receipt from my oil change”

“I like the 2 year warranty that accompanies most of the repairs. They literally worked on 1 of my vehicles covered by the warranty on a previous repair, for a complicated and stubborn issue, for 3 full days and once fixed there was absolutely no charge. I’ve asked to have work performed on certain issues I thought were needed and they’ve come back with it wasn’t needed at this time. I trust them which is hard to find in the automotive repair industry.”

Also, they went the extra mile to give advice on an odd ticking noise my truck was making. It ended up being something super simple, and they fixed it on the spot. That right there shows you can trust this business.
Chad up front was great to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable. Also Stan found and fixed the ticking issue so hats off to Stan as well.

“Broken down on 64 east and four hours away from home... I walked in with my Mustang on a tow truck. I had already been told by one service center that it would be a week before they could get to it!!! ? ?

“Angels... Dickie and his team took care of us so well. We were day 1 in an 11 day road trip from Boston to Key West and back. In Staunton, this Goodyear service store in downtown took us in at 7am on a Monday, replaced our radiator, and had us back on the road by 11am. All with a friendly, helpful, caring demeanor. Clone Dickie, and put him and his team in every service venue !”
“I was in a very unfortunate circumstance on Monday, Nov 17th at around 6pm. I was mid road trip, with a pet in the vehicle and suddenly my brake light began flashing. I had just gotten new brakes that morning prior to leaving town so was definitely caught off guard! I called another shop and was referred to Mr. Tire. I was told to come immediately once I contacted them, and Hunter Gray met me right away. He got my truck in, and we could immediately see the issue in the brake lines.
He graciously allowed me to stay for hours after close, as well as bring my pet in from the cold car and waited with me until my ride drove down from MD! Also, they kept the car overnight for me until I was able to get it towed to my destination, as the tow company was not able to get to it that night.
Throughout the whole situation I felt safe, comfortable, heard and cared for. Hunter was like meeting an old friend! I was truly blessed to have broken down here and enjoyed every minute of the time I spent there.”
