“I replaced the headlight assemblies on my SUV and was unable to adjust the headlights to the right setting. I decided to bring it to Dellinger's as I didn't want to be gouged by the dealership. Called Delinger's and they said to bring it on in. Friendly staff at the front desk that promised to get it done that day. Found out the assembly had a broken adjuster and they were sorry they couldn't help. I replaced the assemblies again and went back to have the 2nd pair adjusted. Again, encountered friendly staff willing to help. Whenever you call the staff pick up and are knowledgeable about the status of your repair. Picked the car up and was surprised by a no charge for the service! Awesome people that care about their customers. I'll be back in the fall for a full set of tires. So glad we have an alternative to the dealerships so close by.”

“Came to Mike when I bought my Audi, and got a great feeling from him and his team. Fair prices, honest evaluation of the condition of my car.
After a break down left me stranded I towed my car to a different shop that I won’t name, but they’ve been around for 35 years. I felt semi confident. BIG MISTAKE. 5000$ later I am back with Mike to make sure the work done elsewhere was up to par, and to find out if the timing gain estimate I got from the other shop was legit. Apparently the other shop didn’t damage my car (too badly, we shall see) although gasoline did end up in my engine oil on their watch.
Mike changed my oil to a better viscosity, and reassured me that my motor sounded fine. The other shop was just trying to scare me into more repair, and the timing chain estimate they gave me was at least 3500$ more than he would charge at his shop.
I will always be with Mike and his team from now on. We live and learn. Sports and Imports WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. With fair prices, and honesty.”

“I've been using Carl's Wash for my vehicle service needs for just about 10years now. From Tires, to Oil Changes, State Inspections, Breaks and wiring - I've yet to feel disappointed when I leave. The trust alone is everything as where do you go anymore that people won't take advantage or tell you inaccurate information and OVERPRICE the heck out of you! I can't refer Carl's Wash enough. Great customer service, trustworthy, and great pricing (and yes, I do my homework before making any decision and can say that I have yet to get better pricing anywhere else).”

“I had an incident on the HWY and got stranded in Chesapeake for a night. Had this referral from a friend and they were able to take care of me. Chris, Wayne and Conrad were amazing. I got there Monday morning after a long holiday weekend and needed to get back on the road. They took me right in, got the vehicle up in the air, diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in just under 2 hours. I couldn't be more thankful for the service I received. Customer service was top notch from the advisors to the mechanics. I would highly recommend.”
“Somehow I got a nail in my tire and I had a flat tire. I rode to Walmart to get it serviced. Since the ride was about 3 miles I knew I would need a new tire. Service was quick and because I had road hazard coverage on my tires, the replacement price was surprisingly low! I only had to pay for road hazard protection on the new tire! Thanks Walmart!”
“Issac and Brandon did an excellent job..many cars ahead of us but they told us it was going to be an 1hr wait…it ended up 45 min to get in and out. I opted for them not to change my air filter and chose the economy oil…A+++ I’ll be back in my next oil change.
