“This shop was the closest auto shop to me when late afternoon my car started making a horrendous extremely audible screeching sound. I stopped in and knew they closed in an hour and I didn’t have an appointment, so I wasn’t hoping for much. Within 10 minutes a service technician brought me my keys and said a small pebble was lodged in the wheel well of my car scraping against metal when the car was in motion. The most shocking part of it all; they refused to even charge me for the visit.”

“Great experience at Tire Choice on Cedar Road! I came in with a nail in my tire and two toddlers in tow. Heather was incredibly friendly, professional, and transparent about the wait since they were down to one mechanic. She offered to rebook me for 3 PM so I wouldn’t have to wait several hours with the kids. When we came back, they got us right in as promised! Heather and the mechanic were both courteous and knowledgeable, the price was very reasonable, and they had coloring books to keep the kids entertained. We were fixed up and on our way quickly. Great customer service!”

“My experience at this Tire Choice has been the most positive outcome dealing with a car company cuz most of them want to get over on you especially older women single women but not this one that the manager Michael Anderson he's superb. He gives you what you need and if you don't need something then he'll tell you don't need it but what you need you need and he explains everything why the course is the way it is and things like that and you don't find that into me people that care about people he's a he's a he's a personable person he really have what it takes to be a manager there and unfortunately I'm going to be sad to see him go cuz I heard he's retiring but I wish that Tire Choice whoa roll out the red carpet for him and not let him retire cuz you're going to lose a lot of customers behind that I believe because I've never seen manager that takes pride in his work and the people that he deals with everyday so I give him 100% And he's going to be really missed so I thank you Michael Anderson for being such a personable person and a caring person and and you look out for older elderly people you know you're not one of those companies that you know want to take advantage you know you tell him like it is and and that's real very rare. And by the way I come from the area of Northwest Titus town to travel all the way to Western Branch location because of this man and his outstanding customer service. For me customer service means more to me than anything else and I forgot that.”

“I had a young man named Jett help me today with my services. I have been coming here for awhile now but they are under new ownership. Understand the previous ownership I have had so many issues getting the services I needed done. I had waited for almost a year for the original owners and managers to call about getting a part fixed that had already been ordered. Within the first time calling the new manager, mark and the owner,Jeff. I can’t wait to see how business will be from now on cause I will 100% be coming back for all my future services. Thank you so much for your services today”

When I got home, I told my wife how impressed I was with Philip. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I'll definitely make this Auto Care Center my first stop the next time I need tires.”
