They are short staffed and the employees work hard to keep up, they are pleasant and very helpful in locating items. “So much in stock to choose from at great prices. Was really shocked as I hadn't visited a Dollar General store in many years. Good quality products that are so much less expensive than other stores. And the staff were so courteous, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!”

“Just was there with my grandkids on the way home to New York. This quaint little place is a place to stop in to get that last minute gift or selection you want to share or horde. Their peanuts are divine. A great but small selection of beers and a nice selection of wines. Only thing I regret is that I didn't buy ham or some of their fine cheeses. Oh well, that' s an excuse to go back. The proprietors are charming and very helpful in selection. so it helps to listen to them. This is not your normal roadside gift shop. There "ain't" no cobwebs and rooms with gloomy shelves. A plus is that they are open early so you have time to browse their offerings.”
