Zach approached me and asked if I needed help I asked if they had the attachment and he immediately went and grabbed it for me and checked me out. Very good customer service. Quick and easy. Raj steered me in the right direction for what we need (our house has mostly hardwood floors), told me the pros and cons of each type, explained all the features, demonstrated the product (Richard), and gave me a significant break on the retail price listed online. You will never get that kind of knowledge or attention if you shop at a Walmart or similar store! 5 stars for Ace Vacuums!!”

“Shafa Babashova, the design coordinator at Bray and Scarff/Tysons is the most gifted, talented and amazing kitchen designer/coordinator! We had received design input from some other companies prior to meeting her. They typically were just replacing the cabinets and countertops. Shafa however was the one who presented a new layout that gave us more storage space, a more open/spacious feel and an architecturally gorgeous and interesting kitchen island. She is so pleasant, patient and attentive. She has a great software program and large screens that allow you to make changes/move things around and visualize what the design will look like. They have a lot of product options. Shafa also works to help lower costs whenever possible. She reached out to me to inform me of manufacturer sales for both the cabinets and the quartz. What's also great is that the kitchen design can be coordinated with the appliance selection. Once I purchased my appliances from Brian (who is the best!!), Shafa and I looked at all the finishes together to make sure that the pulls match the colors of the appliances. It is so nice having the appliance showroom right there!”

“I have a Miele vacuum that I’ve had for 20+ yrs. It suddenly had no suction. I wasn’t sure if I should look into repairing it or going through the process of buying a new vacuum. I took it in to get their thoughts. Free of charge, they looked into what was causing the problem. Gave me an estimate to repair or look for replacement. I opted to repair and all was completed within less than 12 hours! Knowledgeable, personable, professional and quick turnaround! Would definitely recommend their services”

“I came in to get my shark vacuum unclogged. Expressed to the gentlemen what and where the issue was. He unhooked the hose and headed to the back not even 5 mins later hes back with it fixed. He didnt charge me for the hose free of the sock that was stuck in there. No charge just a smile and explanation of what and why. It was sweet of him to do that. Lord knows others would have charged me just for walking in their place. No this man was sweet and explained if he had to take things apart it would have been money involved. In his words (just scooped out what was clogged) thank you again for the help. Shall visit if anything goes wrong again.”

“We have worked with Ferguson for large projects and have been happy. But this time, I was just looking for a few small parts that the large box stores didn’t have. I stopped by Fergusons as a last resort. Who knew Ferguson also had plumbing supplies. I went to the Merrifield location and the service was great. They could tell that I had no idea what I needed and they were patient and extremely helpful. I will no longer be going to the big box stores for plumbing, straight to Ferguson in Merrifield.”

“We’ve had to replace several appliances in our home over the past year, and it was an unpleasant experience with every store we tried — Best Buy, Bray & Scarff, and Costco — . There were defective appliances, poor install and poor service when the appliance had an issue. Our most recent purchase of a dishwasher at ABW was the exception. Our salesperson Prayer was fantastic, and the service was outstanding in every way. Prayer was knowledgeable and informative but not pushy.

Something people don’t always consider when buying appliances is the install process and who will handle service if something goes wrong. The service technicians at ABW are extremely knowledgeable, respectful of your time and home, and the entire process is well-organized from start to finish. The delivery team stayed and tested our dishwasher and were not rushed to leave even though we were their last delivery. This is in marked contrast to our other deliveries. The service guys are also fantastic. The ABW team truly aims to help you with everything. I only wish I had found them sooner.”

Recently, I got the Supco RLE202 Dryer Vent Cleaning System and along with my vacuum cleaner and electric leaf blower, it worked like a charm to purge the "dust bunny nation" colonizing my dryer duct! GO GET ONE, and check Tribles out.”

He also does excellent repairs and maintenance to the machines that he sells. Don't waste your money buying a vacuum from a big box store or online. Go to Americana Vacuums to try out different models and get some expert advice. Spend a few bucks more and get one that will last forever with proper care.”

“In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Though, some of the products are weirdly priced. The largest (usually the cheapest) of the Brush Killer was notably higher prices than the 1 gallon option.”

“This review is essentially about Home Depot's access to the Bagster service. I had hundreds of pounds of old roofing that needed removal. You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking. It cost me about $250! And I could have loaded even more, but I didn't have time. They don't take old appliances etc. In under 10 minutes, they were done and gone. It's www.thebagster.com.”

“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”
