“I worked with Charlie. He was trustworthy and excellent at analyzing gaps in my bag and not just pushing clubs. He focused on filling the yardage deficiencies that needed addressing in my set. Highly recommend him!”

“One of my favorite brands of athletic wear! This store is top-notch in my book You will find some of the freshest fines and athletic gear available from under Armour in this store. The selection is great, the store is well stocked and the service is outstanding. Stopped into this Under Armour Brand House location today in Tysons Corner.the first thing you will notice is how well stocked, organized and neat the store is. there was not one article are piece of clothing out of place are mismatched. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted when by a sales associate who was eager to help me find what I needed and answer all my questions I the uniqueness of their customer service approach, and the fact that the layout is so well organized, made my customer experience outstanding. While there, I had the opportunity to try on some shoes and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed. This enabled me to try on the shoe based on my foot, purpose/use and liking. Not to mention, there was a pair where my size was out of stock. This was no problem for the store. I was able to order the shoe product while in the store and have it shipped to my home.... At no extra cost and a two day delivery at that! In all, I left there a happy camper and with more items that I initially were seeking to buy ....go figure. lol. The shoes I bought and a few clothing items were perfect for my upcoming vacation and hiking excursion. Everything you need for any and most sport activity can be found here, under one roof. I highly recommend this location and most definitely will return based on my customer experience and the service provided alone. Bookmark this location and give them a try!”

“I had a phenomenal experience with my Peloton sales representative, Iquo Edim at the Tysons Galleria Mall. She was easy to talk to, built a genuine relationship, and motivated the sale in a way that felt authentic and inspiring. This level of engagement reflects strong brand management and commitment to customer experience. Honestly, I was skeptical about Peloton due to a period of negative reviews and stock declines, but it’s people like her who restore confidence in the brand. Based on her ability to connect, represent Peloton, and demonstrate strategic thinking, I believe she would be excellent in broader roles, such as contributing to strategic partnerships or brand initiatives. Employees like her go beyond her managerial role, and has the potential to drive Peloton’s vision forward, and influence their strategic partnership. I am so excited for my Peloton. Thank you, Iquo.”

“I love Athleta. Great quality and selection. The employees here are terrific. I can’t say enough. If it’s on sale it’s a very good price point. Quality is great too. I miss alterations though.”

“Thank you, Michael & Amin! Exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked into The North Face, I was greeted with genuine warmth. The staff offered assistance while still giving me space to browse, which I really appreciated. They didn't forget about me-they checked in again at just the right time, and by then, I actually did need help! Everyone was knowledgeable about the products and offered thoughtful, helpful recommendations. It was a wonderful shopping experience from beginning to end. :)”
