We walked in with very basic understanding of matresses & pillows but the sales associate Rosie was informative and professional; she addressed all our concerns and provided rationales for her assertions. We got the opportunity & space to sample a broad selection of matresses & pillows without sales pressure. This combined with the holiday sales promotion helped us feel comfortable & very excited to purchase a new matress. We look forward to its delivery & installation in 2 days!
