“I am writing this review not so much about the furniture I purchased at Haverty’s—although the furniture has been fine —but to give five stars to my sales executive, Florence Kobbey! Florence is truly outstanding. She takes care of the entire sales process from start to finish, and whenever we have had a question or concern, she follows up promptly and diligently to make sure everything is taken care of. She is the reason we continue to do business with Haverty’s. Florence truly has your back every step of the way, and that kind of personal service is priceless. Thank you, Florence, for making the experience of purchasing from Haverty’s seamless and making the furniture worth the cost. I would be admis not to mention the customer service department and the technician who I have met with at our home Stephen - an excellent craftsman.”
