Make sure that you understood what was happening and it felt like I was back at uptown cheapskate with the selling process of the clothes and then getting a email or text message letting you know processing is done and I will definitely come back because I did find some cute clothes for my son.”
“I brought in a bunch of games to have checked out and sold. The process was very simple, but I called/emailed first of course. This place has such a nice atmosphere! Haha, it made me want to keep the games I sold! I’m a little old person now… and well, I just don’t have the time to game like I used to. So, I’m glad I got to sell the games at a fair price :) Great store and friendly staff.”

“Trading in my old phone for an upgrade at Verizon next door, my eight-year-old daughter convinced me to pop in beforehand. It's a large, charming toy store with lots of toys, books, and games for kids of all ages. My daughter loved the corner of stuffed animals and the squooshy toys.”
“My husband and I took our daughter to celebrate her first birthday around noon. The staff (wish I got their names) were truly amazing, positive, and fun! We got the birthday bear bundle for $35 which was sweet. I really want to shoutout the staff that were amazing and helpful . Thank you”
“We love our neighborhood toy store, Doodlehopper. They have an amazingly curated inventory packed into a charming, engaging space. And it is the best place to go for birthday party gifts--with gift wrapping included!”
“We love this toy store and visited frequently when our child was young. They carry toys mainly for younger children, though they also have a lot of fun games for families and adults. It's a very small shop but well-stocked from floor to ceiling, and over time we got to know Charlie pretty well. We still go back whenever we need to buy presents for younger children or for charity toy drives. We would much rather support a place like this than Amazon or big box stores, and Charlie has a loyal clientele. Their hours can be erratic, so it's best to call ahead to make sure they're open. Highly recommended!”
“Well stocked toy store in McLean with parking available. They have everything from soup to nuts and the puzzle selection is excellent- the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Katrina. They also wrap presents for free!”

They do a lot of BOGO 50% Retiring, BOGO 50% Almost Everything, Friends & Family 20%, and Gifts with purchase sales.
My son age 5 years old absolutely adores all the bugs and mothman Squishables. The employees are also great! One employee I think his name is Momo he's absolutely funny and gets me to laugh when I visit. He's a great addition to the team and helped me with the standard Tarantula Squishable!”
“No one harassed me when I entered the store. When I needed help, Miracle was right there…ready, willing and able. I was returning a pair of sneakers from Christmas and this was two days later. And everyone was still awesome!! They actually didn’t have the size, so Miracle found a store that did (Pentagon Mall) and gave us the name of the associate over there to ask for. We did just that, and the Pentagon Mall employees were equally as fast, friendly and helpful! Thank you Journey! I’m coming back!”

“Mind Games says that it is the creative shop for minds at play. In some areas they are highly successful. They have the largest and most diverse collection of jigsaw puzzles. I have a friend who loves jigsaw puzzles and she would thoroughly enjoy the store. I also really liked their sword collection. They had a beautiful collection of swords hanging near the main desk. There were a few cute animated toys, such as a small race course near the front entrance of the store. I did feel it was really small, even for my young grandson. I was fascinated by this toy bird that continued to fly circles around the ceiling near the entrance. Service was great. I was offered help as soon as I entered the store. They were very nice. I didn't ask any prices, so I can't really speak to the cost value. I would call this a niche store. It is for people who have an interest or niche that they are in search of. I am still wondering about that bird flying overhead. Pretty cool toy.”
“10/14/23While shopping at Fair Oaks Mall,One of the first things I saw was a soft furry fox that had me at hello. These stuffed animals were on sale for $21.99. If I bought one, you get the next one at half price. I ended up buying a Tanjaro: Drangon Slayer Plush Doll for a friend of the family. I just looked at my receipt and my fox (Who's name is Celeste Colgate Fox) is labeled as a Red Panda). Okay, my black and red fox is a panda. Cool beans.Either way, Colgate is happier being in our home, than by herself. I carried Colgate around the store while my wife was shopping. When she and her friend were ready to leave, it was clear I was going to by Colgate.Guess my wife turned me on to stuffies. I now own three. Two from Build A Bear and one from Go Calender. Speaking of which, we do need a new calendar, but it will have to be one we both like. I did not care for the NFL calendars I saw. The ones I saw were not my team.I am glad we stopped by this store. We will have to do it again.”
“Absolutely gorgeous children’s clothes! The store is always very well put together and clean and tidy whenever we come. Probably the best place to get children’s clothes in the galleria. The store is never too busy but the staff is always kind and helpful. Perfect place to pick up a baby shower gift!”
