“Soft, blush and squishy are the words that make this store a HIT! My son wanted a little something that gives him comfort and the items at this store checks all the boxes. The staff was friendly and courteous not to mention allowed my son to browse as long as he wanted. Anyone looking for a soft, cuddly toy for their kiddos, they should check it out. Enjoy!”

“Possibly one of my favorite small locations I've ever visited. I initially went in thinking to expect videogames, but realized upon arrival that board games are what they sold. Nevertheless I browsed around and found some impressive mini paints and a couple awesome figurines (anime type) that you'd expect in a higher end store. While he rang me up I was expecting the 9 paints and 2 figures to be around 200, but when he gave me the price, I was spending around 80! I immediately bought a few more and the prices were still fantastic! Plus the gentleman Robert was an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman.TL:DR? It's a candy store for board games, their selection of paints or figures (anime, superhero, etc) is vast, and their prices won't gouge you unlike most other shops you go to!Can't wait to go back soon!”

“Absolutely great customer service, listened to my friend and I talk about our travels and talked with us constantly throughout the 3 times it took us to actually buy something, Najah was really helpful as we all spoke about things, very helpful and very welcoming. Jack was great to talk to and actually indulge our discussions. Joey was also amazing helping to find something within my budget. Would definitely come again!”

“I was invited to my colleague's baby shower. I didn't know what to get. Staff were so kind and nice, they did a phenomenal job with gift wrapping (they got all kinds of wraps, ribbons, even cards). I always thought this place was some kid bookstore, gym, thanks to Google, I now know that this place sells dolls, toys, baby bibs, shoes etc. Really local, really nice, makes me want to go back to being a kid.”

“Good selection of clothes. I wish they had more variety of certain premium bouncers and strollers but they must sell out quickly. Plenty of brand new never opened products too!”

“Lil Waffle said "if they just stayed put at the register..." As if they don't have two floors of toys to stock and clean up after your poorly supervised children. You just want this small business with 4 rooms, 2 floors, and 3 exits to sit at the register and wait on you? Then when you leave, they can just spend the whole night doing everything else required to run a business. Even Walmart cannot stand by their 45 registers waiting for you, Walmart makes you check out yourself and then audits your work ethic on the way out. Idiot.”

“Every time I have visited, the staff has been kind and matched my energy. They even allowed me to place a weight into my newest bear now that I have an ASD diagnosis. I would love to be taken here on any occasion”

“10/14/23While shopping at Fair Oaks Mall,One of the first things I saw was a soft furry fox that had me at hello. These stuffed animals were on sale for $21.99. If I bought one, you get the next one at half price. I ended up buying a Tanjaro: Drangon Slayer Plush Doll for a friend of the family. I just looked at my receipt and my fox (Who's name is Celeste Colgate Fox) is labeled as a Red Panda). Okay, my black and red fox is a panda. Cool beans.Either way, Colgate is happier being in our home, than by herself. I carried Colgate around the store while my wife was shopping. When she and her friend were ready to leave, it was clear I was going to by Colgate.Guess my wife turned me on to stuffies. I now own three. Two from Build A Bear and one from Go Calender. Speaking of which, we do need a new calendar, but it will have to be one we both like. I did not care for the NFL calendars I saw. The ones I saw were not my team.I am glad we stopped by this store. We will have to do it again.”

“Children love stuffed toys! And, Squishable's has quite a variety of stuffed toys to choose from. In fact, there were so many, I had a hard time deciding on which one to get. But, the holidays are coming up fast and I am sure I will be back to buy some for presents. There are holiday themed stuffed toys, ocean themed stuffed toys, bears and owls...I could keep on naming them. You get my point. There are smaller squishables and very large ones too. The price is on the higher end, but if you buy 2, then you get one for 50 percent off. Service was good, a nice salesperson behind the counter asked if I needed any help? So, if you are looking for a stuffed animal I would give Squishables a squeeze.”

“We took our daughter for a special birthday trip. Everyone was attentive and kind, spoke directly to her, asking about her day and dolls and made her feel extra special. The cafe experience was great. Our server was attentive. The food was good- for $25 you get your moneys worth with the 4 courses.”

“I was here to exchange a pair of shoes because I wanted a different color. They only had it for kid's sizes (which I can fit into), but I was incredibly hesitant on the material made for adult's sizes and kid's sizes.Jasymn was a remarkable employee who understood my issue, and reassured me to take my time to figure out which one I wanted. She went above and beyond calling stores to see if they had what I wanted, and even went to the other journeys in the mall to double check! She let me take as much time as I needed to compare the woman's and kids shoes. She was incredibly patient and very friendly!!!”

“Came here with my son, two friends and their babies. We came to check out a story time sing along class. We made our reservations online ahead of time for $20/kid and 1 adult. This also included 2 hours of open play time afterwards. When you get there, you are greeted and checked in. There is complimentary coffee and water. They show you the cubbies for your shoes and other belongings. The storytime sing along with speech pathologist Corinne was awesome! I didn't think our babies (all under 6 months) would really care for the activity, but they loved it! So engaging, educational and fun! The open play area was very soothing and Montessori-esque with simple wooden toys and various creative stations. I do think the cost is a bit steep at $20, but if you do the class and your little one enjoys the open play time, it is definitely worth it! Will keep an eye out for future events at Nook!”

“I came in here looking for Pokemon cards and was able to find a few that I didn't have. They have their cards organized by era which is very helpful for finding specific cards. They also have each card individually priced around the price of what each card goes for usually trending a little less.”

“Love this shop. First started: coming because my kid was into MTG and DnD. Now I'm there 2 t9 3 times a week to play Lorcana. We have a great low key community that welcomes new players that never played a TCG. They are about to have a 2nd 2k tournament for people that are more competitive players. They also have a great selection of games, comics, dice , boxes and sleeves for your cards. Plus singles. Game room is usually busy with all types of groups.. board games, card cards (Lorcana , MTG , pokemon) and DnD groups. Staff is awesome, very sweet and helpful. Greets you by name if you come in often. They have always answered my questions and helped me figure anything out I need help with.”

“I had a Playstation 4 to trade in and had a couple of questions beforehand so I called them as this is my closest one. I've been here many times over the years and they can be busy, being that they are only franchise gaming store that is focused specifically on games and geek culture. Anyway they picked up the phone and answerered my questions clearly. I went in for trade in of my PS4 and some games and was greeted by two young ladies. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The customer service rep helping me was reassuring of superficial issues that they had remedies for (there were some scratches and they have covers for them). Also my controller wasn't connecting and she tried different times discovering it was the cable. I needed a gaming headset which she was super helpful in helping me pick it out. There was a guy who came from the back who also was very friendly and helpful regarding the random questions I asked. There also is a really good preowned sale going on this week they mentioned (by 2 get 1 free). I can't remember ever having issues at this store and while I am a casual gamer who doesn't come frequently, I've been here many times over the last decade and a half. As we move towards a more digital way of procuring games, it's good to see some brick and mortar stores still showing why they're worth the trip out.”

“Absolutely gorgeous children’s clothes! The store is always very well put together and clean and tidy whenever we come. Probably the best place to get children’s clothes in the galleria. The store is never too busy but the staff is always kind and helpful. Perfect place to pick up a baby shower gift!”

“The store is small and usually a mad-house. That said, I got my ears repierced there after letting them close up 20 years ago. Done today, they're perfectly centered and look and feel good so far. The woman who did mine had 3 years experience & was very helpful & patient. I was anxious going into it given prior reviews & my original piercings in childhood weren't even, 1 was always too low. I'm pleased w my experience today.”
