“I would not buy a wheelbarrow fro caw my vehicle was great till I put 9000 miles on it i changed the oil when it needed changed put the oil that it called for and filter and when done the motor started pecking bad I was told it was the motor bad because someone put thicker oil in it before I got it that is why it wasn't pecking when I got it i paid for 2 year or 24000 mile warranty and now they dont want to help me because I dont have a receipt from my oil change”

“I like the 2 year warranty that accompanies most of the repairs. They literally worked on 1 of my vehicles covered by the warranty on a previous repair, for a complicated and stubborn issue, for 3 full days and once fixed there was absolutely no charge. I’ve asked to have work performed on certain issues I thought were needed and they’ve come back with it wasn’t needed at this time. I trust them which is hard to find in the automotive repair industry.”

“I was driving from Florida to New York when I got the dreaded low tire light. I pulled off the road and attempted to fill the tire but it wasn't taking air. Real trouble ! “I found this shop after I got an old ford truck that needed some work on the wiring and also needed disc brakes. After checking around and looking at reviews I gave them a call. After chatting with the owner, I felt very comfortable about taking my truck to them. Upon arrival, all people were very nice. My truck was completely rewired front to back (they did a beautiful job) and also had a front disc brake set put on. My truck was at the shop for a long time but to be fair, the shop has gone through some major changes recently. The owners wife ended up with a broken ankle and had to be home along with the owner for a while so he could tend to her. Not too much longer later, the owner (John) ended up passing away. John was the driving force behind the shop. After his passing, the guys and Johns wife, who is extremely sweet and very nice, had to pick up the pieces and keep the shop moving forward. After getting my truck back from the shop the first time, the brakes were not quite right and I ended up taking the truck back to them. Bear in mind that the disc brakes put on the truck were not a kit per se so that complicated the process somewhat. Long story short, after some screwing around the truck is now back in my garage and the guys at the shop have been nothing short of supportive and have been patient and understanding and most helpful with getting my truck back on the road. I am already making future preparations to take my truck back to them to have a new front end put in. I fully trust them and would not want anyone else doing work on my truck. I have been working extensively with Nick. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy overall. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work. Great people and a great business to deal with. My highest praise!”
“Angels... Dickie and his team took care of us so well. We were day 1 in an 11 day road trip from Boston to Key West and back. In Staunton, this Goodyear service store in downtown took us in at 7am on a Monday, replaced our radiator, and had us back on the road by 11am. All with a friendly, helpful, caring demeanor. Clone Dickie, and put him and his team in every service venue !”

“State inspection, all personnel I had contact with was very pleasant, my battery was dead and the inspector jumped me and told me that it was charging and the battery was still in date that I should go to auto zone where I purchased it because it was still under warranty and they gave me a new battery and installed it. “I cannot thank Josh and Zack enough! I was 300 miles into a 600 mile road trip when my TPMS light and alarm came on. I was able to carefully make it to the shop, after figuring out that the tire stem was leaking . But shortly after arriving the tire stem completely blew and the tire couldn’t hold air. These two kind gentlemen squeezed in my repair despite being busy and down technicians. I know it isn’t an involved repair but the fact that they fit me in and took care of me is so truly appreciated. I don’t live in Verona, but now know it is filled with good people.
