Not only was the work well done, but the service was outstanding, something I've found to be rare in this business. The process was well explained, there was complete transparency in the pricing, and they even took care of getting towing arranged for me.
And any questions I had during the process were quickly answered. The repairs were done in a reasonable timeframe and it looks great. I hadn't even got home yet and already got a phone call to confirm everything was to my liking.

“I talked to Kevin Lee from the Parts Dept. on the phone today. He greeted me with warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Kevin has amazing customer service. Others should be trained by him. I asked Kevin if he had an empty floor mat box laying around as I am trying to send artwork internationally. He took me seriously and went over and beyond to help me find a box. Kevin even went to the trash/recycling container to find an empty box for me. He is very sweet & special; he even went as far as to ask me for the dimensions so he could look up if Staples had the size box I needed. “My AMG GTS suffered damage to the underbody and radiator from a mechanic who damaged the car during an oil change.
I worked with Junior during the insurance and repair process and I have to say that I am impressed! Props to Junior for staying in touch with me during this lengthy repair. He updated me multiple times per week and helped me with every request I had. He is a great customer service communicator!
I asked for my car to be stored indoors with the utmost care since I recently had it ceramic coated. I received the car back in perfect condition with no problems. The repair was done perfect and a few of my friends commented on how high quality the repair looks. The bumper and screws were even torque marked and upon further inspection they did a fabulous job with installing my radiator and support bar. I see no problems with the repair.
I also want to thank Ian, the manager, for running such an awesome collision center. Looks like there’s a lot of high end cars here that go through collision repair and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car or any car back here for repair. Thanks again.”

“My left turn signal fuse and right brake bulbs apparently blew. I took to my mechanic and was informed it was my BCM. That could only be fixed by a Chevy dealer. Great! Lots of money... brought it in and Carlos was my advisor. It wasn't the BCM but wiring. He noted that an aftermarket bulb had caused the issue but I hadn't put one in my turn signal until after it stopped working. I read the reviews and some customers cars were vacuumed but unfortunately, he didn't think enough of me to give that same treatment. Overall, after $1100, my car is back working.”
