“I talked to Kevin Lee from the Parts Dept. on the phone today. He greeted me with warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Kevin has amazing customer service. Others should be trained by him. I asked Kevin if he had an empty floor mat box laying around as I am trying to send artwork internationally. He took me seriously and went over and beyond to help me find a box. Kevin even went to the trash/recycling container to find an empty box for me. He is very sweet & special; he even went as far as to ask me for the dimensions so he could look up if Staples had the size box I needed. Wow!I didn’t even tell Kevin that I get my Lexus serviced there frequently. Even he didn’t know this, he treated me with such care and compassion. I hope he gets a promotion because he deserves it. “My left turn signal fuse and right brake bulbs apparently blew. I took to my mechanic and was informed it was my BCM. That could only be fixed by a Chevy dealer. Great! Lots of money... brought it in and Carlos was my advisor. It wasn't the BCM but wiring. He noted that an aftermarket bulb had caused the issue but I hadn't put one in my turn signal until after it stopped working. I read the reviews and some customers cars were vacuumed but unfortunately, he didn't think enough of me to give that same treatment. Overall, after $1100, my car is back working.”

“***Edited Review: I took my Black 2019 AMG GT 53 (Brabus 500 "Brabus Style Kit") into their shop for rear end damage/carbon fiber diffuser replacement and bent exhaust, through an insurance claim that I was not at fault.
*I will not account for the separate nightmare I went through insurances and lots and back and forth*
Therefore, this review is in reference to the aftermath, where funds were available for repairs.
There were a few hiccups at the beginning due to missed deadlines and issues with my previous insurance company.
However, Todd Traxler (Service Rep) and Ian Martin (Manager) followed through and made sure to remediate the situation flawlessly! The vehicle is now in perfect shape and very happy with the results; hence my decision to edit my initial negative review and assure other customers that Tysons Corner Collision Center kept their word and made it right!
Shout out to Guery (technician) for taking good care of my vehicle, for his professional demeanor, and outstanding honesty on expectations.
