“This is a Hilti tools and supplies store. Good customer service. Most of the time there is enough employees to help and you won't need to wait for long. The parking is convenient and right in front of the store. I buy new tools and supplies from this store, or through my rep and pick it up from here. I also bring tools for service as well.”
“I feel lucky to have such a nice hardware store in the neighborhood. The staff are friendly, so knowledgeable, and it feels like they’re really invested in my issue/experience. In bigger stores, I’m often walking around for ages trying to find someone to help me. And when I do find someone in the bigger stores, they don’t have much experience with the products so I end up trying to navigate many options with no guidance. I feel confident in my selections and the value of the products I’m purchasing after visiting McLean Hardware.”

Between the quality grills offered, preassembly, delivery, hauling away of the old grill, setting up my propane tank, and running a check on the grill, Ace Hardware is a keeper. The staff running the shop know where products are and can give you some insight about what projects you might have. It took two guys 30 Mins to pry it open for me using bars and wrenches . And they did it all with a great attitude. This place and team are the absolute best .”
“Thos. Somerville Co. is an excellent distributor of plumbing, heating and AC supplies in DMV. It took me endless efforts to find o-rings for my leaky vacuum breaker at hardware stores. None of them worked. Finally I used Google to search plumbing suppliers. Staff of Thos. Somerville let me buy Watts vac breaker instead of o-rings, and made sure I knew how to install it. It took me 5 minutes and 25 dollars to resolve my longtime headache. The company with superb expertise and friendly service is highly appreciated and strongly recommended.

“Good store for good prices on common and some specialized tools. I've owned and used some of their tools for over a decade and haven't experienced the "Harbor Freight quality" of having any of their tools break or bend under even normal use.
My only complaint would be that some tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers) are only sold in sets rather than single items.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and will go out of their way to help.”

You need a place to put the bag that they can pick up without interfering with overheads, like wires and space, like parking.It cost me about $250!
