“Ordered a grill online and their delivery service was outstanding! They went the extra mile, we got a few accessories that we were not expecting to get and we even got a personal note from the store manager. Highly recommend them for their customer service.”

“I posted a 5 ⭐s review 5 years ago I am posting here again. I contacted them this morning about an issue I had with a flush mate part. And the gentleman that helped me was nothing but honest and helpful. I am truly floored by this place. This will continue to be my go to for any issues related to plumbing. Shout out to Eddie who was very kind during my first call. And Andy for being just an awesome human being. Your kindness does not go unnoticed. Stay blessed.”

“Had to get plywood with exact measurements and some other extra tools.. Russ was amazing! Knowledgeable, patient and had a very good vibe! Definitely deserves a raise :) He’ll be our go-to guy from now on. Now, the store itself is pretty good - has a large selection and helping staff!”

“I had an exceptional experience with Vincent at Capital Electric! He provided fantastic service from start to finish, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Not only did he offer competitive pricing, but he also went the extra mile to price match a spool of 1000 ft 16/2 wire for me. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help stood out throughout the transaction. It’s rare to find someone so pleasant and accommodating in customer service these days. I highly recommend Vincent and Capital Electric for anyone in need of quality products and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I am leaving this review specifically about Cedrick in Appliances at Merrifield store. He is GREAT - professional, courteous, informed, efficient and diligent. His prep of the order resulted in a price that was even less than I expected to pay! I could not have asked for better service in the purchase of my fridge. He is an asset to the store and should be commended. Go see Cedrick if you want a good experience when purchasing your next appliance.”

“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”

“One of the store associates, Vince, was extremely helpful picking out a new lawn mower for my work, and helped me load 40bags on mulch. Thank you for top notch customer service!”

“I visited three different stores since Sunday and the customer service was nonexistent. I finally decided to try one more store and when I tell you I hit the jackpot with customer service, I'm not exaggerating. I have a hard time making decisions. I met Mark in flooring and he showed me the tile section. I needed tiles for my bathroom floor, wall, and backsplash. He walked me through the pros and cons, made recommendations, and helped me spend $1200. I was so relieved to have professional help. He was very knowledgeable about the products and professional. This man went above and beyond to assist to the very end. He loaded my car and ensured I had all the additional items I needed. I have never felt this happy about shopping ever! If you need tile, want a nice selection, and desire exceptional customer service, ask for Mark in flooring!!”

“So so wish I could award half stars! I think this location deserves 3.5 stars.I like that the store advertises the mask mandate and provides hand sanitizer for customers. However, no one really social distances here. Unfortunately that includes employees who are walking close to you with their mask pulled down. Otherwise we had a good experience and found what we needed!”
