I said I found one mattress that I was interested in. After going back and looking at it and asking a few questions, my decision was made. “Delivered here last week or so, was sure I left a review but it’s not showing, so I guess not. They go by appointment but will work you in early if possible. Very limited parking overnight. I parked next to the rails towards the back. Had a 1pm delivery. Checked in at 0700, got a door before 0800, empty before 0900. Thank you.”

“I’ve used American freight several times in a different state, however this time I went to the location in Roanoke by Tanglewood Mall. I am completely blown away by the service provided by Dakota and his team! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had!!! Dakota went above and beyond customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future. But I’ll be going to the Roanoke location from now on, lol. Oh and Hannah was a total sweetheart too. Thank you guys for all of your help, I love my new bedroom set!!”
