The experience with staff can vary. Many employees are friendly, professional, cordial, polite, and nice, doing the best they can. However, there is sometimes a particular staff member with a poor attitude. The crew is one the community has to get used to. Management is sometimes blamed for not staying on top of store conditions or thanking employees for their services. Outside lighting in front of the store is sometimes not working, making it dark. The location remains a convenient spot for coffee and everyday items.
