“Blackwater Trading Post has everything you need, with great prices too. It is similar to a 7-Eleven, but cozier and country. They've got these glass bottles of root beer and cream soda--simple and perfect.”

“I was happy to find a good selection vapes and cigarettes here they even have turkish camel cigarettes, they have good prices and are closer to the beach. They also have a lot of local beer and convenience items which was nice to have at the beach. They also have bike rentals here which i didnt get to try but will try next time.”
“Unfortunately, I watched someone's back porch burning while I was at WAWA. That thing was going strong, too. Not just a little smoke. The entire back was on fire. The home is directly across from WAWA. Hope they have insurance.”
“Making moves (aka Dad errands) in VB left me parched beyond belief. Thankfully, this 7-11 was situated just before the i-64 on ramp, thus earning its designation as a "convenience store." Lots of exterior space in private lot with gas pumps, good signage, air pump, trash cans and windshield wash stations. Inside mimicked other 7-11's familiar Big Bite aroma and layout, though did seem a tad more spacious and better lit. Most items were pretty well stocked, especially beverages and accompanying accoutrements (cream, sugar, stirrers, ice, cups, etc). Stations were fairly clean. They do charge for ice/water from the fountain even with other purchases. Good news is it counts towards your free beverage rewards if you use the 7-11 app.”
“This is the best 7-11 in the 757. Hands down, no argument accepted.
They have everything a premium 7-11 offers. Clean bathrooms. Not expires food. The hot food is hot and not expired. The staff is nice because the staff are all neighborhood people and we see them outside of the store in the nearby restaurants and the grocery stores.
The place is freaking CLEAN. They spend a lot of time cleaning. You regularly see the owner, THE FREAKING OWNER, cleaning drink stations.
It's a family business and the family is committed to providing a good shopping experience.
This is the best 7-11 in the 757.

The food, a hallmark of the Wawa brand, rarely disappoints. The made-to-order hoagies are always fresh, and the ability to customize everything on the touch screens is a major plus. Whether it’s an early morning Sizzli breakfast sandwich or a late-night milkshake, the quality is reliably good. “Update: updated my review, I've been back numerous times, it seems they fixed all of the issues I personally experienced
They're fast and efficient, but only the main pharmacist - I suppose the doctor of pharmacy on staff - and one other pharmacist are pleasant and helpful. Everyone else ranges from curt to dismissive.
If one uses the CVS app to message this pharmacy they don't even bother providing an actual response to one's question. Rather, they merely acknowledge the message without an answer - I suppose just to clear their queue.
Good pharmacy but there's definitely room for improvement.”
“Neat and clean. This is the military equivalent to 7-11. The cashiers are always very nice. If you have base access, this is a great place to grab a snack and watch the ships or the lighthouses. They have cold sandwiches (microwave available) or make yourself a hotdog, last time I made one the chili sauce was pretty good.”

“Personally enjoy this place a lot, very convenient but there is slight bias due to the fact it’s very close by, which allows me to walk there. However I rarely have issues at the place aside from when something is out of stock which isn’t usually a big deal. Overall a 5 Stars of greatness for me.”

“By far the best 711. No where near dirty! Bathrooms, soda machines and slurpee machines are always sanitized and clean of sticky mess. Most employees are the bomb except for the recent few who couldn't keep up with work flow and constant customers and ended up walking out. So unprofessional but glad to have the ones there still, now. Love this 711!”
“This is a large strip center on the north side of Virginia Beach Boulevard, just west of it's intersection with Lynnhaven Parkway.The variety of businesses is extremely good. Next door to the Sentara Therapy Center is a bakery featuring cupcakes & more. Leaving therapy I watched a man get into his vehicle with a container holding a beautiful variety of decorated cookies. At the opposite end is a great sandwich spot that my employees loved for lunch when we were still in business.Making up the wonderful mix of stores is a Pet Hospital, Pet Groomer, Yoga Studio, Window Treatment Store, Insurance Agency, Sports Collectibles, Sign Shop, Sports Collectibles, Car Audio/Video, Violin Store, Pizza, Foot Salon, National Guard Recruiting Center, Pilates & much more. It even houses the Frame & Art store I frequented for years when it was a different location. I'm glad to find it again. I think I'll stop for a framing repair today.There's really something for everyone in this well maintained, centrally located center.”
“This Wawa is by far the best one Ive lived near. They have the nicest employees and team. On the rare occasion that there has been a hiccup, they have been amazing and very apologetic. (Im assuming because people get nasty when humans make mistakes). On an occasion when there was a mistake made when I was paying for gas inside, a manager was actually the one who made it, as they were on the register helping out. When they had to call over someone with more knowledge about the register, it was a very respectful and engaging interaction, as the manager took the time to understand how to remedy the situation, if they encountered it again.
(I told them I was in no hurry, and encouraged them to take their time.)
That happened early last year, and it was profound enough to remember, and it was a perfect example for my coworkers today, when we had a similar, yet bigger, hiccup at work.
Humility is less and less common these days, but it is something to truly value.
They are also the only Wawa I have been to that understands what the “extra vinegar” option actually means. Many other locations leave me slightly disappointed about that matter.
I hope the employees know that they *do* have a lasting positive impact on patrons.”

“Overnight parking is $15 dollars. If you don't pay for parking. They will put a cement boulder in front of you truck until you pay. They have showers and snacks. No problems at night.”

“It's not everyday you have a store right outside of the PT office. You grab a snack and drink before or after your appointment. They also have fresh cooked food that's pretty good.They picked a good location with the doctors offices, veterinary and in the neighborhood. A nice family owned business and I love to support small businesses.”
“The gas pump parking was roomy enough to accommodate our rig, and inside they actually have some hot food. There's a usual selection of snacks and drinks. The bathroom needs a good deep clean. It wasn't gross, but the door needs to be scrubbed. See photo number 2.”
“Perfect place to stop in for a variety of quick pick ups. I travel north great neck and south great neck daily and there are only 2 places on south great neck that you can run into quickly for a drink or snack, that's the 711 on corner of great neck and vb Blvd, or this rite aid. All of the other stores and stops are on north great neck side”

“Dropped off vehicle for state inspection - they got it taken care of in a timely fashion and notified when vehicle was ready. Both of the ladies at the register were very friendly. I’m sure the folks who did the actual inspection were equally friendly.”

“One of my more favored 7-Eleven’s. The older gentleman that works there is great. He always greets customers and goes above and beyond for his customers. The younger gentleman, heavier set with tattoos, is a different story. He is rude and looks and acts like he hates his job. There are plenty of people looking for a job that I’m sure to have better customer service.”
