Throughout the years of being a customer, Alpha Music has had excellent staff working on the sales floor that are attentive, and demonstrate excellent customer service. I also want to take the opportunity to highlight Ross and Mika that currently work at Alpha. I've purchased several guitars from these two guys, and the experience has always been awesome when working with these two. Keep up the amazing work. “This is the best 7-11 in the 757. Hands down, no argument accepted.
They have everything a premium 7-11 offers. Clean bathrooms. Not expires food. The hot food is hot and not expired. The staff is nice because the staff are all neighborhood people and we see them outside of the store in the nearby restaurants and the grocery stores.
The place is freaking CLEAN. They spend a lot of time cleaning. You regularly see the owner, THE FREAKING OWNER, cleaning drink stations.
It's a family business and the family is committed to providing a good shopping experience.
This is the best 7-11 in the 757.

“Clean, friendly staff, always have what I need at them some. Just they never have tellers working. You always check yourself out. I don't know about you, but when I have a huge cart, I like to go to a person. Could just be me, but that is the only thing I can say bad about it.”
“I was hacked last week and Kevin spent 4 hours helping me get my 4 phones back. He was amazing! The over the phone support was extremely frustrating. 3 hours in they tried upsell me something and that did not go over well.
After that I had an issue due to the hack on 2 of my phones and Hayden spent 2 hours the next weekend helping me get those fixed.
To summarize the people in the store were very helpful and great to work with the on phone Verizon support was very frustrating.”

“A great place to grocery shop. A good variety with lots of choices. Store is well organized and neat/clean. Employees are always helpful going above and beyond to provide excellent customer.
My only complaint is that this store will not carry the 28 oz jar of Peter Pan Honey Roast Creamy Peanut & Honey Spread. So I have to go to Food Lion or Harris Teeter to get it.”
“Went to this location during the pre-black friday sale. Got 2 of the latest consoles for myself and my long-time boyfriend for Christmas. Staff was very helpful, and I love Best buy, but they were almost too helpful. I feel like maybe you could leave customers alone, especially women, unless they ask. I know thats a big ask considering its your job, but maybe have a test question to ask and figure out if the customer really WANTS help. Treated me super weird and gave me a million options I didn't need when I said I was looking for 2 big ticket items so I think they were looking for bonuses or something. Had to fact check them on their own website to get the price I wanted, felt like it was some sort of test of my ability to notice before paying ? Wanted the sale prices, so did it anyway, but every woman who plays video games knows how I felt in there with like 3 men asking me questions about my gaming preferences ? Thank you for doing your job and no hate, but please, be mindful of your customer's comfort levels. Will come again for the next sale anyway! Enjoying my purchases!”

“By far the best 711. No where near dirty! Bathrooms, soda machines and slurpee machines are always sanitized and clean of sticky mess. Most employees are the bomb except for the recent few who couldn't keep up with work flow and constant customers and ended up walking out. So unprofessional but glad to have the ones there still, now. Love this 711!”
