“Ive taken 2 guitars here for pickup replacement and everytime the guy in the back (im sorry im terrible with names) knocks it out of the park. When it was dropped off i told him the issues as to why i wanted the replacements, and he explained while it will be lessened it wont be perfect which was understandable appreciating the tranparnecy. He then proceeded to over deliver with what i got back. Not only did he replace the pickups with the ones i wanted but polished the frets, replaced or cleaned the pickguard to the point that i can't tell if its the same one i showed up there with, and the rest of this 15 year old guitar now looks and sounds phenomenal. After pickup the rest of the staff was more than accommodating to let me test out the handywork offering the best settings for nearly any amp you plugged into. I didnt pay for anything more than what was quoted, the rest of the above and beyond work are why i will come back here everytime for anywork on my instrument.”

“With the cost of groceries going constantly up, it is nice to shop in a store that not only gives you the quality you want in your food but also the quantity. If I have to spend two or three pennies more, I would rather do it in a store that has always had the best of Products and services. The staff seems to always be very happy to help with any of your needs.”

“Peter and his techs do great work for a fair price. They know vintage audio equipment and really take their time to get it right. They generally have a bit of a back log for repairs but, the wait is worth it! They have performed various repairs and tune ups over the years to keep my early 90s era Adcom equipment running smoothly. This stuff sounds as good today as it did when it was new!!! Perhaps even better, if that's possible :-) Thank you and kudos to a Peter and his team!”

“By far the best 711. No where near dirty! Bathrooms, soda machines and slurpee machines are always sanitized and clean of sticky mess. Most employees are the bomb except for the recent few who couldn't keep up with work flow and constant customers and ended up walking out. So unprofessional but glad to have the ones there still, now. Love this 711!”
