“This shop is amazing!!!! They did an amazing job fixing my Tesla!!! Not only did they fix my Tesla within a short amount of time they surprised me with a vacuumed and washed car!!! My baby looks brand new! I’m pleased with this location and actually rather use them than Tesla own service center. I had 3 cracks in my windshield and they didn’t have appts but they went ahead and order my windshield and called me when it got there where as Teslas own service center wouldn’t even do that for me and there soon available was Oct 15 just to look at it and then order the windshield which wud have put me over a month driving like that!
These people are the collision center for Tesla but they get u in quicker and work with you better than Tesla service center!!!! Will recommend highly.”

“My sunroof would not close.So I googled Sunroof repair and Superior Auto body & collison was the first name that came up. I spoke with Rocco. Who said they could give me an appointment for Thursday. I told him Thank you but I have would like for it to be done today because it's been raining a lot lately. Actually I had given up on them because I wanted it done today or as soon as possible. As I'm looking for another Sunroof repair shop Rocco text me to come down so they could look and see what needed to be done. He even texted me directions.
Then I meet Russell and his mechanic who were able to fix my sunroof and also fixed my roof from dropping down more than it was even tho sunroofs is not what they doI found out later.They went above and beyond great service. 5 Stars I give 10 stars.Everyone was very nice and polite. They were inviting and made me feel welcome. I would go back and I'm recommending Superior AutBody & Collision to everyone . You can't go wrong.The pricing was very good as well.They really made my day

“We used Caliber Collision to repair our Tahoe after a traffic accident. The staff were very customer friendly and compassionate to my needs. Repairs were made in minimal time and my representative even came in on a Satuday (when they're usually closed) to let me pick up my truck. I would ? recommend Caliber Collision!”
“I had some minor work that needed doing along with a few more major bits of damage that required substantial amounts of parts and labor - particularly painting.
Everything from the customer service to the work done was exceptional. My car looked practically brand new when Mike's was done with it. They did not stiff me on the cost of parts and I thought the labor rates here in 2024 were perfectly fair. They even detailed my car inside-and-out which no other repair shop has done for me in the past with my previous cars.
It took a little over a week between when I received my estimate, paid roughly half of that estimate as a down payment, and was able to drop off my car for repairs. But, once I was able to drop my car off it only took them three days to complete the repairs. So a bit longer of an upfront wait than I am accustomed to for repair work of this kind.
But what counts is the customer service, price paid, and end results right? And that was all definitely worthy of five stars. I would happily recommend Mike's to anyone in VB in need of painting or body work.”

“My wife and I bought a used 2021 Tahoe from RK Chevrolet back in the first part of May. They were great to deal with during the buying experience and worked with us on a couple cosmetic issues we had with the car. Unfortunately that's about where the good service ended. Just a day or two after purchasing the car we discovered the back window leaks water like a waterfall. We were stuck in the car wash with water pouring in the back window. We immediately told RK about the issue and said that due to the fact that we were from 4 hours away we wouldnt be able to get back down there for about 2 months. They said that was fine, just bring it in and they'd look at it. After they looked at it they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and that we'd need to bring it back another day to have the body shop look at it. I reminded the service dept that we were from out of town and that we couldnt just bring it back the next day. They suggested we take it to our local dealer and have them look at it. RK Service couldn't give me a straight answer on whether or not RK would still cover the reapir if another dealer performed the work and suggested I talk to the used car side of RK. All that say, I've left at least 2 messages with the used car manager and I have yet to receive a call back. We just want our car waterproof before this drought ends.
UPDATE: I just needed to get in the hands of the right person, Hannah Cooper with RK made it happen! Thanks for getting this issue resolved.”

“Excellent customer service and quality of work! The factory paint on our 2012 Honda Pilot was peeling off all over and we were in dire need of a paint job to extend the life of the Pilot. Maaco's estimate was at least $1,400 less than the other 3 companies so we went with them. We got the Pilot back a couple days sooner than expected, the cost stayed the same as the estimate, and the Pilot looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Would definitely go back here and recommend them.”

“I had a great experience at Racewerks. John is extremely professional as well as honest and transparent. I brought my BMW M4 for off centered steering wheel and got the alignment done that resolved the issue. I was allowed to sit in the car to lock the wheel based on my likings. John had me drive the car after the alignment to ensure I am satisfied. I had the alignment done at a BMW service center previously that failed to resolve this issue. I will come back to racewerks for my BMW service and maintenance.”

“I came here looking for a left brake light bulb to replace. Usually, at these places, most people will help you find the bulbs but not replace them. Becky stepped outside the norm and helped me replace the bulb; it took her 5 minutes. It would have taken me about an hour because I would have researched it and did not have the right tools. Do not get me wrong, I could have done it, but the convenience and her positive attitude made it easier for me not to do it alone. I highly recommend this place for all your car parts needs. Ask for Becky - she is 5 Stars and above.”
