Terrance went above and beyond, took his time to help look for other hoses to solve the problem. We were able to replace the hose and didn’t have to send the van to the mechanic. “Took my truck off roading and might have been a little aggressive on the trails. Noticed some rubbing on my driver side tire that didn't exist before afterwards.
Took it back in to Eastern (who installed the lift/suspension back in 2020) and I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. My truck has never felt better with handling and suspension. I will never take my truck anywhere else. Absolutely a phenomenal experience with Randy and his guys!!!!”

“I called in early in the morning to see if they had my size tire due to me needed to get it towed to a shop, they answered quickly. I talked to Jimmy over the phone and he helped me get in the schedule was so patient when getting details on my car because I’m not a car girly. All staff was nice I had no problems, I was here for an hour or less getting my flat replaced.”
