The Trading Post has been under new ownership for a little while now and let me tell you..They are doing an awesome job.. very clean, super friendly staff.. the best little home town country store. And you have to try the breakfast burritos.. simply the best around!!!

The Blackwater Trading Post is the best Grocery and Convenience store in the Pungo-Blackwater Area. It features 24-7 gas and diesel pumps, a full kitchen and deli, as well as a variety of your usual convenience store goods. A boat ramp is also present with a $5 fee for parking. You can fish from the shore or the docks free of charge and there are minnows and live bait for sale inside. Propane and ice are available for barbecues and boat days. The store is packed with a variety of beer, cigarettes, tobacco, soft drinks, and hot and cold food, as well as household necessities like paper plates, cups, cooking oil, toilet paper, and much more. We’re open from 5AM - 10PM every day of the week. Go ahead and stop on by!
