Seriously the worst sold me bent earrings and then refused to exchange with the receipt 2 days later. I have 5 little girls and we will never go back. Hope it was worth 1 pair of earrings. My original purchase was $85, and would have likely made similar sized purchases for my kids. Not if they treat customers this way.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have been a part of, and I worked retail for 20 years. Had an issue with an order, and the Asst. manager refused to help or even apologize, causing a scene that was avoidable. Speaking of avoiding, you should avoid this store if at all possible.
