“A very friendly atmosphere with a wide selection of the latest figures. I stop by once a week and always enjoy my shopping, or visiting experiences. If you are into collecting action figures, stop by and check them out.”
“Always amazing visits to any Lego store! The staff here was very helpful and friendly. The store looked awesome, you can tell the team there takes pride in their store.”
“Stepping into the Virginia Beach Antique Mall is like entering a sprawling archive of living history, physical media, and pop-culture lore. It operates less like a standard retail space and more like an expansive, beautifully curated labyrinth where every aisle offers a new chapter of discovery for collectors, archivists, and passionate hobbyists.
What makes this destination truly stand out is its phenomenal range. Beyond traditional antique treasures and historical artifacts, the vendors have built an incredible sanctuary for physical media and fan culture across several dedicated domains:
Pop-Culture & Collector Print: Impressive selections of comic books, manga, detailed figurines, and classic board games.
Physical Media Vault: Deep, rewarding rows of vinyl music, VHS tapes, DVDs, and Blu-Ray releases for movie and sound preservationists.
Gaming & Interactive Lore: A fantastic presence of retro and modern video games that make every hunt feel like unlocking a rare achievement.
The value proposition across the booths is exceptional. Prices remain remarkably fair and accessible, allowing you to build out your personal library and hobby collections without overspending. On my next trip back, I am eager to chat with the staff and vendors to see if they offer trade-ins for hardware and software systems like the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 4 Pro.
To elevate this venue even further into an all-day destination, introducing a dedicated food and snack area would be a masterstroke. Taking a page from the expansive antique mall setup near Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, VA—where visitors can grab a bite or refreshment during an extended hunt—would make long sessions of exploring these aisles absolute perfection.
Whether you are hunting for historical relics, physical media, or legendary gaming collectibles, Virginia Beach Antique Mall is an essential pillar of local discovery. A flawless five-star sanctuary that demands repeat visits.”
“What an amazing place! Went there for first time today……wonderful experience. Super friendly staff, excellent selection, customer service A+++++

“Ollie's is a great local resource for shopping. Whether you are looking for lawn care items, a carpet for your patio, birdseed, tools, or homegoods, Ollie's has the goods and the deals. Awesome alternative to the big box stores!”
“I love this bookstore! Everything is arranged perfectly and nicely and easy for people to find. The staff is super nice and it’s really easy to find things here! The prices are just right as well!!”
“Went to this place for the first time, and actually had a decent experience. Ignoring the obvious prices of retro games, most of the items in store were at a manageable price, with some even matching or being below the average price. Would definitely go back, and possibly visit the other locations. Only real issue I had found was that some items I found in store weren't listed on the website, but that's more of a minor issue more than anything. Overall, it was a great experience, and a great store.”
“Jorden was amazing! Thank you for a great experience for my girls and their dad, who was visiting from out of state. Every BAB needs more people like Jorden ?”
“Tiffany was friendly, knowledgeable and professional while piercing both of my kids ears! I can't thank her enough. They love their newly pierced ears. Thanks girl!”

“I love that we have this adorable shop here locally. Anytime I have a baby gift to get I end up here. AND they’ll wrap it for you too which is big for me! I try not to bring my teen and preteen in there because inevitably they end up finding something they want too, which leads to a much larger bill! ? The ladies there are kind and so helpful. My mom lives out of town and orders gifts from there all the time too because of how wonderful they are. If you have kids be sure to stop it, it’s awesome that they have great consignment pieces as well!”
“Easy parking in the plaza. Plenty of items and candies to pick from. Interesting that there is no self checkout out this location. So it was a short wait to be checked out. Over all a good experience.”
“I love this bookstore. Typically my first stop when I am looking for a particular book. You can find new and used and the prices are reasonable. They have a lot of fun other stuff in shop too. Check it out!”
“Went to hobby town to get repairs done to my grandson rc. Buddy was there and went to work. He only had 20 minutes until the store closed. He didn't stop until the car was fixed. Buddy really is a dedicated employee. He is good at what he does. Thank you Buddy for your great work”
“George is doing an outstanding job!
Robin is very nice, she said todsy I couldn't get a bathroom pass-code unless I purchased something. I outstanding. Then I said I pay for premium membership..she said no.thats not right..”
“So many great options here, and so many of them brand new with tags on! They also routinely pay out decent money for your gently used children's clothes. I stop in at least on a monthly basis to see what gems I can find”
