When I told him my problem he quickly identified the issue, went to retrieve the part and inserted it in less than 10 minutes which cost less than $40.00! There were plenty of sales staff there to help customers who had questions or who wanted suggestions on the latest Apple products. They also had security guards at the front door in case they were needed. Great service, selection and a very good overall experience.”
